Great question Bob

I think probably you need to understand the aspect of the business, that it might
Need duplication on the surface of it to achieve the ultimate financial freedom.
While it is true in many aspects, but it is not true for every one. It differ from
Person to person. I for myself love to recruit and train people. But for my other fellow Affiliate might not the route he/she want to go. So you need to embrace when they follow the road they want to use.

To entice PSAs to recruit new affiliates or engage in duplication it is important to establish good communication with them in the first place and be in good relation with them. Contact them every day to make sure they are at least doing their daily actions and make sure they are ready to proceed to recruiting new PSAs.

You need to show them that you can only be successful up to a certain point without recruiting new PSAs. Tell them not to limit themselves and try to refer people and show

I have a PSA like that - my husband. LOL

He logs in almost every day, does his To-Do List including weekly and monthly activities, and buys enough TCredits each month to maintain his EA2 status. And that's it. And that's all he needs to do for me to earn the 100 VPs for supporting an EA2 member.

You may end up with some PSAs like that too. They have no desire to build a team or engage in duplication and they really only want to use SFI as an affiliate program. And that's fine.

Hi Bob!
As a Team Leader, you duty is to help your PSA to achieve what they came here for by supporting and motivating them. When they win, you win.

The best thing that you can do, is to check their profiles and see why they joined SFI. After seeing that, show them how can recruiting and duplicating help them to achieve what they came here for. They have a will to achieve what they came here for.

Show them the benefit chart and the VP Matching.

If you show them,

Dear Friend !

Your question is quite interesting as well as a think over question.

Many Sponsors and Leaders (even me) having the same problem with some of our PSAs.

But, don't worry still we can make it over with them by these motivational methods.

Try them, atleast to some of them these strategies may work out. Let us hope for the best always.

But, before that we must consider the problems and situations of the PSAs. Their problems may be any

Tell them that they will not be able to earn Leveraged Income i.e.earning income upon the efforts of others.SFI is built upon the recruiting of others and earning substantial income in the process. So if the PSA's do not follow the path of recruiting then they are bound to ship out of SFI.So you need to highlight that to them in a polite way.

You need to keep encouraging them to recruit in your weekly emails to them.By always highlighting this they will come to realise that recruiting is

Hello

What I do is add them to my S-Builder co-op where my PSA's get a share of 3 or 4 affiliates a month, which in turn will give them the incentive to build their team.

I am sure that your PSA's will then duplicate what you do and start a co-op.

Alternately if your PSA's do not want to recruit affiliates, you can not force them,
so you will have to work with your workers.

Your weekly mails to your downline should also give tips on building their

That is a problem we all face but you cant force someone to duplicate if they dont want to.
What you CAN do is continue to encourage them, and inform them about the benefits of duplication. Share your success story or send them links to other success stories about duplication.

Another thing you can do is offer incentives to those that do, most people are motivated when there are rewards involved.
Example: i had one active CSA and one active PSA so i created two competitions,

Everyone joins SFI with high expectations to grow and earn money regularly.

There are so many ways to do it as explained in SFI BASICS. The Main Points are:

Quote:

1. Start earning money by accumulating VersaPoints

One of the reasons why SFI is so successful is because it's so easy to get started. In fact, you can immediately begin earning income from the TripleClicks Executive Pool just by scoring VersaPoints for doing simple actions that help you become

Tell them that if they too try to get PSA's, they will be astounded at the money that they will make.

If you go to your 'Scoreboard' tab, scroll down to your earnings table - at the bottom of that table it will tell you that you will be able to calculate monies you can earn, over a period of time.

If you have 15 PSA's and they all have a 'Standing Order', you will earn +$11000.00 in a year's time.

If you and your PSA's start buying / selling, then your monies will
