So,by having more PSA's you are building a generation of PSA's of which you gain financially from their activities.If you are a Team Leader,you gain financially by earning matching VP of your PSA's up to 12 generations deep including CSA's.Now that would be a substantial income.

You can increase your earnings through the Tripleclicks store.There are over 90 000 products and services you can advertise and earn commissions.Again here you need to constantly advertise the products you see fit to sell.You can refer others to the Tripleclicks store and they become your customers for life.Meaning you will be arning commissions for life whenever they make purchases.

1.Whenever your PSA's make purchases at the Tripleclicks Store you get a commission depending on the product he/she has bought.

2.When your PSA's recruit PSA's of their own and they get down to business,whatever financial gains they get,you also gain up to 12 generations deep.so to benefit financially from this area you need to be a Team Leader i.e.Bronze,Silver,Platinum and Gold Team Leader.Also the PSA's should be of rank EA2 and above so as to get matching VP on their downlines.

3.There is the Tripleclicks Executive Pool where you earn shares but you have to be a Team Leader:

A. As a Bronze Team Leader, you'll receive matching VP on all EA2s in your downline within 6 levels (including your CSAs).

B. As a Silver Team Leader, you'll receive matching VP on all EA2s in your downline within 8 levels (including your CSAs).

C. As a Gold Team Leader, you'll receive matching VP on all EA2s in your downline within 10 levels (including your CSAs).

D. As a Platinum Team Leader, you'll receive matching VP on all EA2s in your downline within 12 levels (including your CSAs).

NB:To earn matching VP, you must hold the rank of Team Leader, maintain your SFI Leadership Page, and also maintain a minimum 3-star Sponsor Rating.

So thats how you earn from the efforts of your PSA's.Its very important to guide your PSA's whenever possible and teaching them the art of DUPLICATION.By being there for your PSA's,the greater the chances of them being active and serious with the SFI business,and,the greater the chances of you benefiting finacially.

Tell them that they will not be able to earn Leveraged Income i.e.earning income upon the efforts of others.SFI is built upon the recruiting of others and earning substantial income in the process.So if the PSA's do not follow the path of recruiting then they are bound to ship out of SFI.So you need to highlight that to them in a polite way.

You need to keep encouraging them to recruit in your weekly emails to them.By always highlighting this they will come to realise that recruiting is important.

You need to know why they do not want to recruit.The response you get will help you where to help them
