An affiliate logs in after a long period of inactivity. Should I acknowledge this? And if so, what should I say?

Yes you should embrace the affiliate, no mater how long the period of inactivity, you should always encourage your fellow affiliate in business. Welcome the affiliate back and let him/her know that you are always ready to help in any issue that is not clear. Let the affiliate realize the benefits of visiting sfimg.com daily. You can even tell him/her some of the goodies you have achieved at SFI by been an active member.

If an affiliate logs in after a long period of inactivity and, in particular, does not opt out, it is definitely worth acknowledging. Your first goal is to elicit information about his or her return:

"Hey there,

I noticed you've logged back in. What brings you back?"

Another good question is:

"Would you like some help getting back up to speed and earning some money?"

Sure, you should always acknowledge it when your PSA or CSA logs in after a long period of inactivity.

Here's what you might say:

Hi(First name)!

Great to see you back in action.

I'm always available if you need my help.

Welcome back and all my best.

(keep it short, encouraging and inviting a response - the results may surprise you)

Inactivity of some affiliates is a perennial problem faced by Sponsors and Co Sponsors. Undoughtedly we need to acknowledge and accept such a person. The relevant affiliate may have been inactive due to valid personal problems or else it could have been due to laziness to login.
So we need to diplomatically question the affiliate the reasons for the inactivity, and once again accept the affiliate despite whatever reasons that will be given and once again encourage the affiliate the benefits

Yes you should acknowledge this by all means.
Send them a usual welcome message expressing how delighted you are to have them back.

Update them with what they may have missed during their period of inactivity (if any).
And remember, keep it simple, short and sweet - you don't want to send send the wrong signal or make a wrong impression!

First take notes as to when was their last log-in date.See if they were an EA
their first month.

Click on their name and go to their V.P. Ledger if they had more than 1500 v.p. their last month here.

If it was a while since they logged in,provide them with links to what has changed.A list would be help too.

Contact them by using an e-card.That way they can see your picture.

I think this is something that you will need to consider - acknowledge or not acknowledge when a down line member logs in after a period of inactivity.

Personally, I do follow up with affiliates to see what kind of assistance is required as it is good to understand what is needed in order for the program to be a success.

Definitely do a follow up. Just do a quick check in and then wait for a response. If your assistance is required, you will hear back.

If your team member comes back after a long time away yes acknowledge them as they are part of your team.
Welcome them back and remind them you are here to help and that they can contact you anytime if they need help. Let them know about the new things that are happening at SFI and TripleClicks and ask them to check them out. As always keep in contact with them.

My first thought was to follow your gut and than I thought about the part where I was the affiliate logging in...and what reasons I could have for doing that. As for acknowledging it: a positive upbeat e-card that recognizes the affiliates efforts. For logging in.
If you're going to leave tips keep them incredibly simple and stick to a max of three.

Info overload is the biggest reason for stopping. I won't say quit because a person can want but be so overloaded that they can't do
