Hi
I do believe that its best to acknowledge it.
For what ever reason they became inactive, we should always respect it. If you want to know the reason though, always ask in a friendly manner with the thought of wanting to know how we can help such individual.

What should you say?
As their sponsor, we already know a bit of them,so we can base our question from their last activity Or from whatever reason he/she gave you from being inactive.
Offer any help you can

Yes I do believe that you should acknowledge the fact that he has been inactive for a long period.

You probably do not know why he was inactive, so simply acknowledge this and move on. You can indirectly enquire as to why he was inactive so that you can help him. I would shy away from asking him directly as this may be taken as a telling off.

What I would say?

I would welcome him back and congratulate him on his decision to continue with SFI. Reinforce the fact

Inactive members are automatically removed from SFI after 1 year of inactivity, I take it you are referring to affiliates who are still with SFI.

The answer to "should you acknowledge' him/her is, ABSOLUTELY!
You have another opportunity to add him to your team and an opportunity for an EA2. Why wouldn't you?

Welcome the PSA back warmly with a nice eCard.
What follows will depend on at what point at SFI the affiliate became inactive. In any case don't

Yes, You should Definitely Acknowledge it! Having Active affiliates is an important key to your own success. So when when someone logs back in when in fact you thought you lost them is a reason to celebrate.

When they come back welcome them back. Tell them you hope they are okay because they were off for a while and let that be the only thing you say about them being away. Don't dwell on them being off. Focus on them coming back. Let them know that you are there to help in any way. Send

Absolutely! However, acknowledge the long period of inactivity in a sensitive manner. Unless you are 100% knowledgeable about the reasons behind their reason for inactivity, be very sensitive to their long period of silence from SFI.

We do not know if the affiliate went looking for a better opportunity elsewhere or if the affiliate had a medical condition or family tragedy they had to attend to. Basically, be wary of your judgment of the affiliates reason for being absent from SFI.

Hello Ovidio,

There might have been one of several or multiple reasons why your PSA became inactive. You now have a second chance to win that PSA over. You also have an opportunity to use your leadership skills to help them to become successful in SFI.
In that case, you have to acknowledge that PSA’s return by welcoming them back. Reintroduce yourself as their sponsor, and let them know you care for them as a person by asking them how they are doing. That would let them realize

It would be very rude of you not to acknowledge your affiliates activity-do not think of the months he/she was inactive but look at how you can impact his/her progress.

Of course you will write back and here are a few tips I can provide - they might be of use to others too. I would add here that there probably is a reason behind the inactivity and use tact not to probe or pry but be considerate towards the affiliate's reason(s) for staying out of touch.

First of all, I would like to say 'yes' and I would give you the reasons. It is important that you acknowledge an affiliate after a long period of inactivity for the following reasons:

Most affiliates do not come back after leaving. He might have left due to personal reasons which you may not know. Acknowledging him/her makes him/her feel important to your team.

If he/she is active again and continues working in SFI, you are going to earn from him.

What I think you

Yes. I will definitely acknowledge and welcome him with warm greetings.

Affiliate who have been inactive and come back after sometimes may mean that he/she have learnt that SFI is real and now he/she is armed with knowledge of how SFI works, some of these types of affiliates who came back tends to do more than some who have stayed, he/she can make a lot of money for you.

In my own case, i left SFI after signing up and one year later after i have wasted my money searching about

Acknowledging an affiliate who logs in after a long period of inactivity should be done promptly. There is no question about it because for whatever the reason that affiliate has taken the trouble to log in to have a look at SFI again. Get the maximum from that by sending greetings and welcome back notes.

Get an idea of the affiliate by a glance at the VP ledger to know what all actions that can be done and then list out all that was missed or lost by being inactive. Tell about the growth
