What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

how to become a BTL?
you must left masses of their initial one-time VPs that is quite easy to reach BTL,
To acquire the status and at least hold it permanently,
the basis for your business lays in sponsoring EAs and Teamleaders.

To collect the 3000VP for BTL,
-you have to create at the very least 1500VP from sales and
-the least of 1000VP of action points.
-you should be a good sponsor and doing your daily tasks will reward you with 1000 action VP.

The best way would be to make sure they HAVE a TEAM to LEAD..

When your EA's and EA2's do not have any PSA's themselves then they do not have any urge to become teamleader anyway..
So make sure they have a Team.. The bigger somebody's team get's the more (s)he wants to "grow" themselves..

Other then that there is no better motivation for it is my believe..

What I do to motivate my team member is usually to show them my achievement on SFI, returns I get and participation in games, that have awesome rewards and the potential that they are exposed to being an SFI member, the varying opportunities inwhich they can tap into and experience the goodies SFI has to offer, to that too, make them see SFI as their personal business and SFi as a partner which provides them with every resource at their disposal to enrich their businesses, grow their business and

The best way is the one that works.
One who goes with me, does not mean it will with you.

Why is this so?
Because people are different, and each person in their own way.
We can not put people into a mold, each person has their own personality.

But what can we do?
Can we adapt to our associates.

In what way?
So that we know about him, some personal stuff .... to approach him more as a friend, not as a sponsor ...

Sharing your personal experience as a team leader is a very good motivation for your downline.

This is the power of duplication.

It is better if we are also a Team Leader ourselves before we encourage others to do the same. Somehow they have a role model in you.

What and how you do in maintaining and reaching the next team leader status will inspire them to do even more.

Let them know that while being an EA is good Being a Team Leader is even better! You get a lot more perks as a Team Leader and you get more shares in the Executive Pool and your commission Percentages are higher. Let them know that if they want to be successful in this business they have to move up in rank just as moving up in a higher position at a job results in more power and better pay.

Just like in any business, there is also need to work, collaboration with all members of your group, especially with those who are willing to work. Teach others as well as yourself.

Explain them all benefits of becoming a Team leader. Explain them that becoming a team leader unlocks additional income streams, the most important of which is Matching VP. Show them: https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart. Becoming a Team Leader will happen naturally if they are working every day their business and never give up.

The best method to support your team's development:
1 You must be exemplary, you always come first in your group.
2 Keep track of encouragement, encourage them, help them not even need your support.
3 Always looking for ways to help your development branch, using redistribution.
Once they have lower levels of activity, they will begin to automatically upgrade.
