One reason I think many stay as EA is because of theire financial.
Even if they manage EA is it a step betwein EA and BTL who almost always-especially for new/mediumnew- requier more money to put in to reach both the sales and the actionvp.
If you dont have an EA who have this marketing, webbsite,traffic,etc-knowledge and have found a couple of psa, tc-members who should increase his earning, then he for shore should go BTL.
Have your psa their own psa if not then the only benifit the gain to become a BTL is 2-4 more tcredits-month, one share of csa´s-and How many csa´s is active if you count the ones who are not.
Do they have their own psa, depending on how many so can you tell them that they earn their psa´s-matching vp, (The commision they earn already as an EA2) and the above mentioned
So My advice to you if you truly want to make them leader, tell your team what you have done to manege, this is one thing that could help. Another approatch as I and others from SFI is doing is to help your psa financially with a good ex I have approach,I send to my psa´s paypal around 25$-each-for them to buy their own S-builder-co-op-every month, since it is the psa who pay in at TC i
earn commision-on my own money-it stands at Sfi that you can do so, so;))
good then all sponsor get money back while their building a stonger team-it is a win win situation. IF you should lose a psa who have a own psa-the psa goes over to you the sponsor, so we really never lose to pay for those psa or our own psa, and you can even support your level 2,3 etc..

Have you tried to have a contest-people LOVE to win-both The prize, but even the honor. Try out what the like/want and ask if the should like to compete.
Try to be creative, try different things, talk to them and ask what they should think of become a BTL,-maybee the think the job is extremly hard, they may think they dont should manage it or they have not the time (yeat)so talk to them and maybee you have misunderstood someone..
What ever they deside to do until they have team think of them first that they shall succed-for if they succed-YOU do, think first and foremost at your TEAM and your as the teams leader you must be there for them, tell them things to succed and practice duplicate.
Learn them and do things you want them to do, tell them about the simple step-explained at sfi-recrute five and they five recrute five-each=25 etc,etc-explain this simle metod and they will for shore upgrade when they feel it´s right for them-all are different and some grow slower, it does not mean anything
