Hello Sandra,
Though there are many answers already for this question which I’ve also rated yes to and No also. But I felt I should add a little to the pull of the answers.
My answer to this question is: Yes and No.
Yes, because, to my opinion, I will describe SFI as a marathon race in which you need to be an endurance runner to survive not sprinter. You may ask, how do I mean?
What I meant is that SFI is not a get rich quick program, when a new PSA quickly climbs to Team Leader in a very short period of time without any active PSAs under him/her, and could not see the money that they thought will just come as “Team Leader”, this is where discourage sets in, cause they were sprinting in a marathon race.
So what happens next is that they will easily lose interest, give up and quit.
No, don’t advise any new PSA who have at least three active PSAs under them to slow down from being a Team Leader. Since they have the stamina to Sprint and their PSAs are there to support them. That is great you know! we will count it as blessing having such PSAs under us.
And I believe that’s what every affiliate in this business wants.
