Let’s get clear on what is meant by the question, “How do I motivate my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?” It means, “What can I do to get them to produce more?” This is one of my favorite subjects because it’s so misunderstood. Historically, people have tried the most asinine things in an attempt to “motivate” human beings. Slavery and threatening of life, rallies and hype-driven events, even people running across hot coals. I always remind my EA2 to become Team Leader as per below steps;

How to motivate EA2 to Team Leader? I always use below Theory and Practical with term and condition apply to my Team Leaders line.
1. Make more activities such as contest. – team leadership contest and tell them you have great offer. – send them gift certificate for their reward who win the contest.
2. Selling your ideas and tips to motivate them to Team Leader - Always be up-to-date on the latest information. This means you stay connected to the company’s source of information. Also, teach your downline where your sources are – otherwise you will always be stuck with the job.
3. Team Building campaign – To train EA2 to Team Leader for years to come as per your step in how to do keep Sponsoring, keep duplicating and never give up all the way. Apply this to your EA2s and Team Leaders throughout great SFI tools such as post at stream, TConnect Page, Leadership Page, Team mail, send by email and many more.
4. Be an Awesome Sponsor - Always be up-to-date on the latest information. This means you stay connected to the SFI source of information. Also, teach your downline to upper level as per team leader where your sources are – otherwise you will always be stuck with the job as per team leader.
5. Lead by Example- Furthermore, another good idea is to sit down with your downline and help them set written goals. Find out what they want to accomplish in the business and show them what they need to do to reach those goals. Have them make a “Dream Board” and put it on their refrigerator at home. That way they can visualize their goals and follow your foot step to Team Leader.
6. Leadership Page Manager – make use of your Leadership page for record your latest activities such as blog, tips and ideas, reward and incentive, recommend the best product you have choose to add up your action point to reach team leader and inform your downline or your team leader to visit to your leadership page.
In conclusion, most top team leader are very good at keeping their EA2s to Team Leaders. They are very involved with their new tips and ideas to support their EA2 to aim high for team leader level, by helping them sponsor new affiliates and building depth at the same time. In addition, they help their EA2 earn more points right away, and they provide weekly training and motivational calls for everyone in their downline. They also get their team on auto-ship and help them establish written goals for their business. If you are having a hard time keeping your downline motivated, you should follow the advice as per above. I know it will help.
