What is the best way to help affiliates in my group who have limited access to a computer?
Affiliate since: 06/07/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
If they have limited use to a computer encourage them by saying that they still can be successful! Show them what they can do with their limited time. You can say, be efficient and organized and set up a plan for themselves before they get on the computer as to what has to be accomplished that day. For example, tell them they have to at least do their daily red tabs then study a lesson or two on the Launchpad. Than they could do some research on the marketing tab.
Each day they perform an action, is a day closer to their goals. You can also, let them know that there is no rush in getting things done. SFI is not a race, it is a business.
By letting them know that if they keep to a schedule like this and have a plan of action for the time they do have, they can still perform well!

What is the most effective way to communicate with your team?
Affiliate since: 06/07/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
The most effective way to communicate with your team is to first of all make sure you already have a Welcome letter in place, to greet your new PSA's and CSA's. This letter will automatically be seen by them on their Homepage as an alert. You can create this letter by going to your Hot Spots tab and clicking on the Versa Ledger. You can also, find it under your Account tab. There is a standard letter you can use or you can create one of your own. In this letter I use links to how to get started and links to the benefits and compensations of SFI.
The other way to communicate to your team is through Team letters, which can be found by accessing your genealogy report. Using this report you can send your team individual letters or you can send a letter to all of your down line in one email.
I like to also, send the E-Cards with encouragements on how they are doing and with links to how to improve their recruiting results. For example a link to purchasing a S builder or PSA to go, if they are challenged to marketing themselves. With these products you can tell them how their own team will grow.
You can also, send Congratulation and Tip E-Cards. By communicating this way, you are letting them know that you are there to help and support them. You can access these Cards by clicking on their picture and just below it will say "send card".
The other thing you can do to communicate, is to use the Stream Tab. Here you can write a brief message and send it to your team by clicking on "Post". You can do this up to three times a week and you will also, receive one VP each time you do.
Another effective way to communicate with your team is to send them a link to your Leadership page. If you haven't already set up one, just go to your Hot Spots tab and click on Leadership Page. Here you can write a Blog, set-up a Co-Op and several other information pages. And by doing this you will inspire and encourage your team!

What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?
Affiliate since: 06/07/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
The best way to motivate your EA2's to become Team Leaders is to lead by example. You first need to be a Team Leader yourself. If they are EA2's already than I am assuming you have been having good communication with them, so far. And communication is very important to have with your team.
So, keep communicating as you have been. Letting them know about your success will motivate them to go even further. Look at your EA2's as your family. How would you help and encourage your own family? If you look at it this way, you are better able to help with a more personally touch.
The way you LOOK at your members will determine how they LOOK at you. So, put on a great big smile and they will hear you.

What are the best ways to use the WAVE3 X-Cards?
Affiliate since: 06/07/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
The best way to use WAVE3 X-Cards is to hand them out to everyone you meet. Leave them where ever you go. For example, at the restaurant where you have just eaten, at the Laundromat where you wash your cloths, Everyplace you visit is a potential sign-up.
When you enter a fast food establishment, pizza place or gas station. Anyplace that has a counter, you simply ask if it would be alright to leave a few cards. Most of the time the manager or employee will say, yes!
When you are friendly and ask with a smile, people are always willing to help you!
Remember, never give up and believe in yourself!

When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?
Affiliate since: 06/07/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
What I like to do is to first introduce myself as their Team Leader and than tell them that I am here for them to answer any questions they have. I also, like to suggest to them how and why they should collect the 500 VP's in their first 24 hours to make Fast Track.
By doing this it gives them something to focus on when first arriving here at SFI. Because it can be a little overwhelming, all the information that they see. And by focusing on a certain task it will help them to begin navigating the tabs, thus they will start to become more comfortable with what they are doing.
And when they achieve their Fast Track badge, they will be excited and motivated and more likely to continue to work!

How can I use a PSA's Affiliate Profile to help him or her get off to a good start and become successful in SFI?
Affiliate since: 06/07/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
You can use a PSA's Profile to help them get off to a great start by reviewing their answers to their profile questions. For example, if they answered the question of how many hours they are willing to devote to SFI with 20 or more, than there is a good chance they are serious about achieving success. And if you see that they have experience in marketing and leadership roles, this would indicate that they have a good idea about what they are getting into. Now, with this information you can give them specific information about SFI. BY, specific, I mean links to marketing tools and more advance methods.
Now, if on the other hand you read a profile of the exact opposite, where they have little or no marketing skills or are just very new to the internet, you will want to take them by the hand, so to speak. You will want to guide them step by step for the first month. Keeping in touch often and keep an eye on how they are doing by reviewing their Versa Ledger. And than proceeding from there.
Profiles are a great source of information to you. Carefully read through them to understand the individual and see what they are interested in and what they want to achieve. You will be able to guide them better with specifics and thus, they will be more successful with SFI.

What are the best actions to focus on?
Affiliate since: 06/07/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
The best actions to focus on would be to make sure you log in everyday and read all your red tabs. Look at each page fully to understand all of its contents. When you come to your goals tab, compare what you have listed as your goals for the month to where you really are at the moment. By doing this you will know what you have to focus on.
For example, if you have a goal of 5 PSA's and you only have 1 or 2, than you may want to consider more advertising in that area. Another example may be, you have listed a goal of 5 PRM's for the month and you only have 1, there too you can decide to advertise more in this area by handing out more Gift Cards.
Your actions will be based on what is important to you, meaning the goals you have set for yourself and the time frame you have set for yourself. Focus 1st on the logging in and reviewing your tabs and than look at your goals and say," hey, how do I get there". By asking yourself questions you will be led to your answers.

Why should I remain focused on my SFI business when there are other companies offering me allegedly similar opportunities?
Affiliate since: 06/07/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
You should remain focused on your SFI business because it offers the best chance to succeed. SFI gives you all the training tools you need. The Launchpad lessons the Marketing, the different ways to earn an income are just a few reasons. Add that with the support you get when you have questions, makes it unbeatable.
You can look at other opportunities and compare and clearly see that they end up lacking in one way or another. Whether it's claiming you can get rich overnight
or that you have to pay a small fee. Not to mention if you have questions, well then you're on your own there.
