The first thing to ask is if they have any questions about the SFI system.

If they do then get them answers as soon as possible. If they don't ask them about their favorite part of the compensation plan, or how they intend on marketing their business. Get them engaged in topics where questions are likely to linger but they have not asked and sometimes a question they forgot about will pop into their head.

Tell them a bit about you and your experience with SFI. Ask them about

NEW PSAs would probably too busy with the Launchpad trainings and completing the to-do-list in their first month and so below may be suitable topics to discuss:

1. Getting to know questions – make it short exchanges of basic information about
one self. This interaction will reflect you as a real approachable person to
them and this will help them to be more open and hopefully trust you more to
help them build their SFI business.
2. Basic Pointers

1. i introduce myself to him/her as his/her sponsor, giving my name and welcoming him/her to my team and to SFI
2. i give a short and brief explanation about what SFI is all about and what he stands to get from the business. why? so that he/she will know the business, in which he/she is involved in since he/she is new to the system

Hello Patricia,

Welcoming your new into your Team is of much importance for your SFI team building.

First, introduce yourself, your business experience. I always try to connect on friendly way. It is much more stronger business connection if you make friendship with your team co workers.

Then, you should give them immediately instructions how to Fast Track start and what are the most basic steps they need to do at start and where to find basic info about SFI. I have

What you discuss depends on what your PSA wants to know about SFI and TripleClicks
If however the discussion is dominated by you then the things to discuss with the PSA
are
(a)SFI is a business and not a job - this should be first and explain the difference
(b)money and earnings in SFI are earned by
(i)generating sales at triple clicks
(ii)scoring points by doing all pointable activities
(iii)plying games to earn t credits and MRP
(c)the importance

You send him a welcome message.

You can explain the most basic things he need to know to start, you can do that with clips from YouTube, emphasize that he should read LAUNCHPAD lessons, and of course advised to immediately begin advertising and team building.

Tell them also about Wave 3, and Fast Track.

And what is even more improtant is to tell them that they have the full support from You an from SFI 24/7.

For all this to be even easier for new members

This is very important. As they say first impression is the last impression. You should take the opportunity to explain them what they should do in next one month. The first and foremost thing is to explain them about how you are doing in the business and how you achieved success slowly and gradually.

Tell them facts about this business and also let them know that there is no business in world which will make them rich overnight.

Also tell them the fact that no business is

When I notice a new PSA (when I recieve a notification in e-mail), I immediately check if he is yet online. If he is online, I try to wish him a warm welcome to SFI.I usually write: "Hello, new affiliate! My name is ..... and I am your SFI sponsor. I wish you welcome to Strong Future International. If you have some questions, don't hesitate to ask!" If there is not answer, I understand that he/she is probably confused and I wait for a while. If there is not an answer again, I don't force

Well i for one when I initiate an online chat with a fellow new affiliate I would basically do the following :

Just greet and welcome him or her and briefly touch base and introduce yourself as their sponsor and mentor and that you are there for them

However just keep it simple sweet and short and don't be pushy or too long winded it's better to touch and go and slowly build up the relationship in incremental portions over time .

Once you have touch base remember

Firstly, and most importantly, is to just welcome them to SFI. Ask them some questions about themselves, get to know them, and try to ascertain some of their background and also their goals. DON'T immediately bombard them with everything they should be doing in SFI to earn money, this will scare them off. If they ask questions about what they should be doing, tell them. If they ask about how to earn money with SFI, tell them. But let them initiate the conversation, don't try and be a 'salesman'
