NEW PSAs would probably too busy with the Launchpad trainings and completing the to-do-list in their first month and so below may be suitable topics to discuss:
1. Getting to know questions – make it short exchanges of basic information about
one self. This interaction will reflect you as a real approachable person to
them and this will help them to be more open and hopefully trust you more to
help them build their SFI business.
2. Basic Pointers – Just give them the most essential information in bits/chunks
and not in another version of the Launchpad talk. For example, importance of
becoming a fast track in the first 24 hours., etc…
3. Short tutorials on basic specific tasks – give them a list of tasks in which
you can assist them then let them choose 1 that they can do while you are both
online. This is better to guide them. Note that you have to give short and
clear specific instructions. Some examples of specific tasks I came across
with my PSAs: How to get versa points when you visit red tabs/ the launchpads?
How to set up banner on website? What’s the best way to upload a photo?
4. Short Reminders – Important ones only that you need to inform individually.
Remember that new PSAs are time pressured online so make sure you’ll invite
them only on important matters that will help them move on with their SFI
business.
This direct interaction online with your PSA is very essential in building a robust team of affiliates so keep using it to keep in touch with all your PSAs.
