Initiating an online chat may seem uncomfortable to most people who are not used to. Your new PSA might be needing your support at the moment or just need some clarification about getting started with SFI.

Here are basic rules before initiating an online chat:

- Start the conversation by a short introduction.
For example: “Hi (name) how are you getting along with SFI?”

- Deliver a basic line in a relatively friendly, self-assured way so as to make your

Initiating chat to our new PSA will play critical role to get them started. What we need in our initial contact are:

1. Build an atmosphere trust. - With so many scams in the internet, or new PSA might think the same way. As you introduce yourself and welcome your New affiliates, tell him how long you've been in SFI and tell him why you trust SFI.

2. Build an atmosphere of camaraderie/friendship - SFI ca e overwhelming to some. Let him feel that you are there to help and answer

Since it is a new PSA make sure to get familiar to him.

INTRODUCTION
A sincere greeting and welcome, a small introduction of yourself followed by introduction of the newcomer.
Questions that will be especially interesting for you at this point, are
- how much time he can spent,
- does he already have a business (when yes which),
- does he see SFI as hobby, part time or main income opportunity or want it to be
Make sure to get to know him first (learn about

Initiating an online chat with a new PSA is a very good way to help such a PSA to “settle in.” Since you are the one who initiated the chat, please give plenty of room for the new affiliate to ask most of the questions. You must avoid a posture which portrays you as lecturing the new affiliate. Engage the affiliate in a few chit chat first to put them at ease before you go into the real business. Among many other issues you can discuss with a new PSA, the following to my mind appear to be the

First introduce yourself, then go into a general, friendly conversation as you would with any other acquaintance.

I would suggest, initially, staying with SFI as the subject, explaining their best options on starting (i.e., Fast Tracker Badge), then going on into training.

Explain that SFI is not a get-rich-quick program. It will require their regular attendance at SFI, doing daily tasks. Point out the benefit of reaching EA/EA2, then to concentrate on training before they

When I first joined SFI my sponsor made contact via SFIM, but before that she sent a welcome letter and introduced herself - so by the time we chatted online I knew who she was.
Our first chat was easy and relaxed. When I first saw the message I knew who it was but I was still a bit apprehensive. I was not sure if she wants to talk to put pressure on me or what she is up to. I answered her and just let her lead the conversation to see what this is going to lead to.
I think she handled

First of all:

1. You need to introduce yourself to the person (New PSA) on the other side;
2. What is your role towards him to be explained;
3. What the other person needs at that juncture to be understood;
4. What support you can extend by which that person can grow to be ensured;
5. How you have grown in SFI to be communicated to that person clearly;
6. That person should feel your sincerity in communication;
7. At the end of it, he should feel, you are
