I will tray to give you two answers on your question !

For myself success is not measurable category.
Success is when I feel good while I am doing something.
If I am frustrated it is not success.
It is my point of view of success.
Success is when you are feeling good when somebody else is happy (winner of games, auction...)

Of course there are a lot of way for measuring success.
These are the numbers, the statistics...useful for doing job very well.
Some people think that money, winning, being better than others are success.
It is their right to feel that way.

Best ways for measuring are effectiveness and efficiency.
The essence of these two ways to achieve the goals (profit) with low risk investments and get satisfied customer.
1-Effectiveness is the ratio of planned and realized ( goals, earnings, number of Awards ,the numbers of wins auction ...). All these you can put into the formula and calculate.
After that make an analysis and plans for the improvement and adjustment.
If you measure effectiveness you have to continually improve the effectveness.
This shall include determination of aplicabile methods, including statistical techniques and the extent of their use.
2.Efficiency is one of the basic concepts of economics, and is the realization of an economic objective with minimal cost, effort or loss.
Simple words: how much you spent and how much you earned ?.
Do not think only about money but all the resources are used (time, paper for flayer , better internet connection... )
Ways of measure are the same like for effectiveness.
If there are nonconformities of planned and actual you have to take action to eliminate the causes of nonconformities in order to prevent recurrence...
This type of measurement can be applied to all activities in SFI.

Good luck with measure but never forget to pay atention how you are feeling with SFI.

The way I measure my success is not by how much money I made this month.

I'm successful if I help change the life of even just one person in SFI. If I can make life a little bit easier for that person.

The more people I can help the more successful I feel.

To me this is the most important part of belonging to SFI.

I think if you asked this question of anyone who has been with SFI for any length of time you'd get the same answer.

(of course I don't knock back the money though.) :)

This is a very interesting question.

I think that this question is more on a personal level than a business level. The reason is because everyone has their very own measure of success.

Some might just want to sign in everyday and do their to-do list and post in the forum and to them, it could be what their measure for success in SFI is.

Some might want to have their own ECA store and that would be their own measure of success.

Some might want to just work on sponsoring, and that would be their own measure of success.

Some might want to do everything in both SFI and TripleClicks and that would be their own measure of success.

I don't think that there is really any one way to answer this question because it comes down to what each person is looking for their own success, whatever that may be.

You cannot base what someone else's measure of success with SFI is, compared to what your own measure of success with SFI is, because only you know what you want to do for you to become successful with SFI.

Great question!
We are all in SFI because we want 'success', the question is how to measure that success!
In fairy tales success comes at the end of the story when you get your prince/princess, good has won over evil and everyone lives happily ever after!! I'm sure none of us are that dreamy, but even if your dreams/goals seem unrealistic I will still suggest that you write them down!! Never stop dreaming, however 'silly' your dreams seem to others, or even to yourself!

After that set some SMART goals, because that way you have something tangible to measure!

If you haven't come across the SMART way of setting goals, SMART is an acronym for

Specific
Measurable
Achievable, or Action oriented
Realistic
Time specific

You can get a lot more information on this by just googling it!

Our goals are specific to ourselves...
I don't want to achieve what you do, and I'm sure my goals are different to yours! So success is different for each of us! Goals can also change over time so they need to be reviewed from time to time - you decide how often you want to do that.
You don't have to get them 100% right first time and never change them, goals are there to serve you, not the other way around!
Also, when we start something new, like SFI, our initial goals may be completely unrealistic! That's ok! Just adjust them to make them more realistic/achievable etc when you need to!

Another way to help Measure your success is to actually measure! In other words keep records of what you are measuring. For example, if you set a goal of getting 5 active PSAs in your downline, define what you mean by active (VPs per month, how often they sign in etc), and at each month end record some key numbers. That way you can look back over the previous months and see the trends, see what is improving, or not, and where you can improve something!

Lastly, I would say don't compare your success to someone else unless it helps you!! If your goal is to spend 10 hours a week on SFI, your goals need to reflect that, and that's totally ok! Comparing yourself to someone who spends 40 hours a week on their SFI business will make you feel like a failure if you're not careful, so don't do it! You don't know what their life situation is like, how long they've been in SFI, what their needs are etc etc. that's why it's important to have your own goals and measure against them, and not against someone else's!

1.To measure your Success in SFI Leadership. Check your newly recruited PSA’s if they have constantly login to SFI to-do-list and achieve their Executive Affiliate ranks every month.

2.To measure your Success in monthly Rank. If your goal is to achieve the rank of Bronze Team Leader every month and luckily you have achieved BTL in only a matter of 15 days period, therefore you are successful in your goal.

3.To measure your Success in overall Compensation. You can check how much direct commissions you earned after 2 months, if you earned more than 20 US dollars, then that is also success. Remember that any good seeds you had planted yesterday will be your excellent harvest and collection of your success in coming future.

The simple answer is to observe the amount of business growth sustained over a period of time. (e.g. week, month, year) With that, one can observe this data in multiple ways. Traditional businesses would track products sold, revenue earned, etc. In SFI, one has many options of data to track. We can track our daily, weekly, monthly, and overall VersaPoints earned, commissions earned, PSAs/CSAs acquired, and rank attained; just to name a few.

In short, everyone has their own method of measuring success. The best way for me to measure my success is probably going to be different from your best way to measure your success. So, measure your success however you see necessary and keep an open and positive mindset to the promotion and building of your business.

According to me, the best measure is money that i am earning. As much as i am earning, my measures are higher.

Also, second are leaderboards, as higher as better.

Number of PSA and CSA, active,or course. Success will be better if people under me are working and earning.

I also felt that as much as i am working i am more success, which means that hours i am spending in front of my computer are also measure of my success.

And the most important success of mine is that i am satisfied and happy being part of SFI, working, making friendship with very interesting successful people.

I am going to answer this question with a question. What do you deem a success? Is it monetary? Building your downline? Or is it just being able to do something so simple as logging in everyday when you have poor internet reception. Life throws us a curve ball everyday may it be small or large, and how you get around that curve ball is what is I would consider a success. I would look at my Scoreboard to see how I am doing with matching my downline, then I would look at their VP ledger and see where they need the most help.

The hardest one I find is communication, since life is really pulling me from both ends. But I give it my best in letting my team know that I am there for them, to guide them. I can't make them do the work, so when one picks up the challenge of working SFI as a business then that to me is success.

One person at a time paying it forward is a success, being able to pay for lunch out with the girls is a success, especially when I use my Payoneer Credit card and they ask about it. Success is what you think is important to you and how you went about achieving it, and how you felt about doing so.

1. By the number of Personally Sponsored Affiliates who make it EA every month.
2. By the number of Co-sponsored Affiliates who show determination to succeed in business.
3. By the number of VersaPoints you generate through actions.
