I think you should take the time to reflect on what you have done on SFI and what you were supposed to do but did not do so that in your second year you can do better I mean take the time to see what mistakes you have been making in order to learn from them.

I would take the time to look at the " Rules of Success" if you did not do this in your first year then in your second year I recommend printing this out and taking your time to not just read but reflect on what it is

Hang on there. Things can be tough in the short term but you will be rewarded handsomely in the long term. Make a long term commitment to your SFI business and recognise that every failure gets you one step closer to success.

Set your goals and act on it. Goal + Action = Results

Read the SFI Marketing Methods and Marketing Aids and see how you can apply them to get the best results.

Keep advertising, sponsoring and training your PSAs on how to duplicate.

I wouldn't say you haven't had ANY success. As for what to do now, I'll share my experience.

I quit SFI after a year thinking I'd had no success either, because I wasn't earning a substantial income. Looking back, that was a mistake. But we learn from our mistakes, right?

So after about nine months, I signed back up under a new, and very inspiring sponsor.

What did I learn from the first year? That I didn't have the right mindset at the time for this business

You say no success. You mean that after 12 months you are still an affiliate, that you have no team under you, and your commissions are almost zero. Come on! You have come a long way further than that, and that is success.

I have been with SFI for 4 months and each month my commissions have been higher than the previous month. To me that is success. My commissions are now paying for my 125 TCeredits each month. That is success. Each month my team has grown. That is success. Every so often

Not knowing the particulars concerning your situation makes it difficult to advise you. Basically one might suggest that you not do what you did the previous year. This would not be fair or accurate. You may have tons of inactive affiliates or perhaps none at all. You may also have invested thousands of dollars or just enough to make your grade. You and your up line may be the only ones to know, if they are active and engaged.

This past April was your anniversary. It is time to reevaluate

Gias,
As I read your question, I wondered what you meant by “no success.” Success can be small increments and mean different things to different individuals. I too have been in SFI for over a year. I have seen small successes, but no monetary success. Therefore, I wonder if you are speaking monetary wise in regards to no success. The best thing to do is look at your plan for success, which is basically your business plan.

Every business has a business plan they work by to

It is time for you to carry out a self evaluation: what have I left undone in the past one year? First, have taken your SFI business as a hobby which you occasionally indulged in or do you see it your own business?. Some people asked me how I was able to become a Team Leader within the first two weeks in SFI? It is because I see it as a my own business not just for the present but also to create an income for the future. Therefore I nurture my business daily by spending quality time on my homepage, reading,

Any business venture takes time to produce results. SFI business is no exception!!

Please go back to your Goal which you set at the time of joining SFI.

Please calmly think what went wrong, where, etc and what remedial measures to be taken now, so that everything will fall in place.

Please try to introduce at least 3 - 5 capable people (whom you know personally from the family or the friends circle) and sail along with them by guiding them on a day to day basis

Start looking at SFI as a serious business.

You need to do what you did last year and multiply it by 5.

A successful business takes time to develop. Very few people become
financially free in one year.
Mistakes and bad decisions will happen, you need to try not to repeat them
and do things better.

Go over you Basics and Launchpad lessons again. SFI has
it all laid out in simple terms how to succeed.

Set one goal a week and accomplish

I know at times it seems that we are putting all of our effort into the uphill climb but with each step we fall back two steps.

I am at that point now myself I know if I give up though I will never see my dream fulfilled. So I have to get up, dust off my knees and trudge uphill more and more I know I can eventually make it.

Keep repeating to yourself....WINNERS NEVER QUIT AND QUITTERS NEVER WIN...So trudge on my friend! Around that next bend in the road you may find your pot
