what should i say? the problem is that i usually do not have an opportunity to say anything. why? people enter, glance around and exit. they do not give a chance themselves to do anything, but it's obvious that they are looking for something that could improve their way of living. of course, i send them a letter, two,... but they never come back.
on the other hand, when i'm in contact with my PSA and he wants go quit, depends of what kind of man/woman he or she is. sometimes you have to say some nice word, courage them, almost describe them; you have to be physiologist at the same time, leading them, step by step, constantly supporting them until they come to the point when they see that it's worth, that it's their future. they became "workers", they'll not quite for some minor reason.
the others, quitters, hah... simply, they are quitters in their life and whatever you say, they will quite, and never come back because they are "beginners", from one job to the other, looking for quick extra money, or to find someone who will work for them. very familiar, doesn't it? unfortunately.
WE ARE NOT QUITTERS!
