In person will give you direct contact for greater opportunity to offer a sales pitch.
But, it may offer a lower volume of contacts and can be time consuming.
Online will give you greater volume of contacts to pursue. It can be less personal
which is offset by the number of possible hits you can obtain.
And, it will require a little more in Internet skills.

If you have an outgoing personality, are an enthusiastic verbal communicator
I would recommend passing out TC Gift Cards in person.
This could be done anywhere you like to meet with people.
A booth in an arts and crafts fair would be great for this.
Any market or social gathering location where people consistently visit,
would be great for this type of personal contact.
Talk to everyone you meet in your daily activities.
Have a WAVE 3 or TripleClicks card available, as well.

My favorite is wearing a TripleClicks T-Shirt and getting asked about it.
Have TC Gift Card in hand, at all times.

Using the Internet works, as well. Of course, you could send an
invitation to all your friends, family and acquaintances.

Marty, I will share with you what has worked for me.

At first I was very hesitant to buy the Gift Cards. Then, I decided to take the plunge. I bought digital cards and I distributed them by email.

First I make a list of 30 persons who I know then I assign each a Redemption Code.

I write a short, warm and personal note to each one with the Redemption Code and instructions on how to redeem. Each message is personalized.

The response has been good with persons calling or emailing wanting to find out more about the gift card and the SFI business.

I increased my PRMs from 1 to six in one month. I got my first sale at TC from one of these PRMs this month. A few are interested in the business.

Online is a better option. You buy digital cards and get them immediately to promote your business. If you buy them early enough in the month you get to review the product and earn 25 VP in the same month that you purchased the Cards (for first purchase). You can either promote them immediately at your blog, website, or by email, etc.

I also helped an a2a friend through the process this month and he got a few redeemed as well (he promoted online).

I would go for online distribution but you could do a mix to determine what works best for uou.

SFI is a very easy company to work with. The only thing you have to do is follow the Rules and policies (which every company has) and the Rules of Success to remain a member. There is no either/or rules for distributing TC gift cards, finding affiliates, deciding on which part of SFI to advertise or how you will form your business.

Why not try both approaches and after you give them a reasonable amount of time you can concentrate on the one that is working best for you. Not everyone is comfortable talking to strangers in person and not everyone has enough time on a computer or has enough training to do the advertising needed for on-line distribution. Find out what you are comfortable with and put most of your effort there. After a while you can start to use other means.

Certain individuals may be more effective distributing them in person and explaining the benefits of receiving a Tripleclicks gift card rather than online. Other people on the other hand may utilize the online arena better than distributing them in person.

Certain folks are able to utilize online methods like social media, blogs, forums etc. because they are more adept at communicating this way. They may have friends in video game chat rooms and online groups around the web where they can introduce their friends and fellow group mates into the world of Tripleclicks with a gift card.

I think what makes this method great is it allows you to establish a relationship with people in a non-evasive way. I know if somebody was going to give me a $12 gift card to go check on a website I would definitely do it, especially if I knew the person.
