The answer is clear:

- Use all the advantages of electronic communication - Facebook, Twitter, Instant messaging, e-mail, etc.

- Internal communication tools in SFI.

- Make sure that it is a two-way communication. You will attain nothing, if your messages in its widest sense, remain unanswered.

But always keep in mind the phrase - work the workers. You do not have none of the robust duplication, if there are no results.

If you are not instructed them how they would proceed to follow the Rules of duplication! In this regard communication should be your main weapon

In the first stage when you get notification from SFI for new sign-ups send them a warm welcome letter mentioning about SFI/TC in a short manner and the immediate step to be taken without delay

Use Team Mail - send them an important and instant news, information which require immediate step to be taken, shareable matters etc

Use Group Mail

To discuss the benefits of SFI, multiple income and wining opportunities offered by TripleClicks in a regular basis. Teach them how they recruit new members in SFI to build an awesome team, gather more peoples to TripleClicks to ensure and increase their monthly commission even life time royalties

In your very first communication with someone (through geneology and/or email) you should be sure to always include a blurb about contacting you. At the end of my welcome letter I always include the following:

To develop communication of any sort, you have to consider some basic attributes that make for effective dissemination of information. It must be:-

Precise – Need tested internet marketing with a residual income stream? Join SFI for free. Genuine work and legitimate home business opportunity.

Straight to the point – SFI is helping you create your dream online marketing business from anywhere in the world.

Articulate – SFI is growing at a rapid speed and the basis of your confidence is having a grip of your business at your fingertips. You have free training to build up your business.

Motivating – Never you focus on possibilities of failure as that will only make you dwell on your limitations.

Your goal in this case is to raise awareness about your initiative and main purpose of communication.

To develop a plan for communication of any sort, you have to consider:-
Why you want to communicate and the purpose for your communication?
Whom do you want to communicate to that’s who is your audience?
What’s your message?
How do you want to communicate it?

Design your message and distribute it to your intended audience. You may need to send regular email messages and also use Facebook and Skype support.

Develop daily motivational write ups, calls whichever you find cost effective and within your budget.

Create follow up sequence.

The most important thing for creating strong teams and duplication is regular and personal communication. Group mailing is ok for sharing some general information but to actually encourage your team members to achieve higher status and to recruit new members you need to make the communication more personal.
When you notice that someone from your team is working hard and especially if they are asking questions make sure you answer regularly.
One of the SFI rules of success is Work with the workers. Always have this in mind. You have to detect the workers in your team and give them special attention. Write them almost every day, ask if you can help and share all the knowledge you have obtained in SFI. Speak honestly from your experience.
If you connect on a personal level you will get to the duplication.

Constant communication is always best, but be mindful not to go to far. You have a lot of communication tools at your disposal provided by SFI.

First there is the weekly Genealogy mailer. Use that for big emails. I mean, you should write about something that needs some sort of explanation, or addresses their potential concern. Like the New Seller License. If your downline has been using the ECA programme to market, they might be conern about the $40 fee. Address this concern (and any other concerns) in an email type communication.

Then there is the E-cards, which I love. A short note here and there. Not to everyone, just a select few. How do you select these few? It's up to you. Maybe send E-cards to the inactive ones just to ask "Would you like to review SFI again?" Or maybe a congratulatory message. Or a happy birthday.

Then you have your Leadership Page. I use it to chronicle my marketing efforts. Things I do myself with SFI. Maybe one of your downline are running out of ideas to market, just send them to your Leadership Page.

Most importantly, and I learned this only recently, check what their primary language is. They may not be logging in because they might not be understanding all your emails! So use google translate.

With all these communication there is only 1 objective. To show your downlines how simple is SFI to understand and to work it. Once your downline see how you do it, then it makes it easier for them to duplicate.

To answer this question it must be presumed that a dialogue exist. Without this, there can be do robust duplication. Once the dialogue is established, work with your affiliates 1 step at a time. Then follow up with them in a separate communication to ensure that the step has been understand and completed.

I've found that most affiliates don't have a clue about how to use a safe list, list builders, or ad exchanges. So when you mention these methods, they really have little meaning to them because they are new to marketing online. For such affiliates, a video tutorial is needed to demonstrate how safe lists work as well as ad exchanges. Remember, new information doesn't sink in as fast as something that is familiar. It takes multiple exposures to the idea. It is easy to do when you know how but when you don't you need a video guide or step-by-step instructions. This is time consuming but well worth it when you have created EA2s in your organization 12 levels deep.

You need to regularly check on less experience affiliates, and be available for the more experienced affiliates when they need you. Simplicity is everything so keep all communication simple and straight to the point. Have a goal for each communication you send and always track for performance. Once you have successfully duplicated yourself then your SFI income picks up the momentum it needs to reach your financial goals.
