Long term goals are the pinnacle result of applied effort and consistent application of the discipline that you are employing to achieve the result to which you are working.

At SFI ultimately your long term goal would be to achieve recurring income where no matter what the personal circumstances are of your financial situation you would be assured repeat income.

For some it may take 18 to 20 months for others it may take 60 months, and for others 10 years, but at the end of

Hello, Keith!

As I wrote earlier, people are different and don't want the same things. As a long-term goal of each affiliate can set what it wants most, what he misses the most, what he needs most to be a happier man, to live a fuller life.

For example, if you have a family and children then you aim may be to give your children the best education possible, not to miss any more playful moment, any school play, any future birthday.

If you want a new and expensive car,

As an affiliate a person should make him understand what all are the ranks he has to maintain in each point of time to earn more.He can recoganize it very well by going through the score board for first couple of months. The same time he should clarify the doubts with his upline and support SFI is providing.

Then the other important thing is , the affiliate must understand the number of versa points he should earn every month to attain the rank of Executive affiliate(EA).He should concentrate

In a former life, before SFI, much emphasis was put on having SMART Goals in place for members of our team.
S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Attainable
R - Realistic
T - Timely

I believe it is important to have goals in place that are achievable in bite size pieces.

Be realistic when setting short term goals, recognise your achievements and revise your planner accordingly, keeping in mind your long term goal at all times.

This is a sure fire

In my opinion it is imperative that each affiliate set goals to continually advertise his business each day and to continue to duplicate his team through supporting each member and teaching them to do the same.
This stimulates growth and prosperity for all in the team.

It is essential that on the long term basis you never stop duplicating and teaching others in your team to do the same by setting the example and showing your leadership.

Hope this helps as their are many

I would say your long-term goals should be realistic but ambitious - what you really believe you want and deserve.
Your short-term goals from month to month can serve to keep you going or it can make you feel you are failing. I think these should be a challenge but still realistic and do-able.
Imagine you set your monthly goals too high and you never succeed - wouldn't you feel like you are failing?
Now imagine you take baby steps and set realistic goals and you see your progress

Hi,

Very nice question and self explanatory......

When you say long term goal, it could be ultimate or final destination is what any affiliate would be looking at. In my view all we affiliates here are working or we are active because to earn substantial money or we would be in need of financial freedom. Every individual has his/her own commitments and liabilities. In order to overcome those constraints they can keep Financial freedom as their final goal.....

"What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve" - Napoleon Hill.

Work out what it is that you are trying to achieve with SFI and then get it fixed in your head how you are going to achieve it .

Goals should be : S.M.A.R.T.

S - Specific . Exactly what is the goal.
M- Measureable. How can you measure your success?
A - Achievable. They have to be realistically possible.
R. Realistic . Are they real goals or just "pie in

When I first joined SFI, I was not ready for that question. So I gave a starting goal.My goal was to improve my standard of living.

Then later on, it was get a new van, vacation home in Reno and go on a monthly vacation.

My first goal now is to locate my best five workers.Help them to succeed.Gift them monthly with 10 T credits and a $5 Gift Certificate.

I do not care what level they are on,I will be there for them.

Encouraging my workers is a way better
