"What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve" - Napoleon Hill.
Work out what it is that you are trying to achieve with SFI and then get it fixed in your head how you are going to achieve it .
Goals should be : S.M.A.R.T.

I would just type into Google " FREE Keyword Tool " . The front page will come up with many examples and companies offering keyword analysis tools. Google itself has a brilliant keyword tool that will tell you how powerful your keywords are and how many people are searching for them .
Another great way to find powerful keywords is to ask friends and relatives " If you were looking for ...... on Google what question would you type in?"
It is also worthwhile considering what niche you are in and what words specifically relate to that niche .
I do hope this is helpful. :)
