In order to learn to write effective ads when you are new and don’t want to spend a lot of money, and can be learned as quickly and efficiently as possible is as follows:
1. Ask what others have done – and you have done that;
2. Pose that question a google (my favorite search engine) online – which I have done;
3. Check at Udemy.com to see if they have a course on this topic for free – which I also have done.
I have tendency to locate everything I can on a new topic I want to learn. Through the use of the internet I found blogs, websites and eBooks on this topic available at no charge. The best example of how, I found at "makealivingwriting.com/learn-great-ad-copywriters". This site is worthy of checking out since the example used “drives the point home”. The author of this site also shares how she learned how to write effective ads which was through “Freelance Writers Den” although this site requires a paid membership to join.
Don’t forget that the kindle store at amazon has many eBooks for free on this topic and the free books change daily.
In addition, there is YouTube to check.
Udemy.com has become one of my favorite sites for learning. If you are not familiar with Udemy.com, it is the “world’s largest destination for online courses”. They have a large number of courses available at no charge, at next to no charge and upwards from there.
It is important to realize that a topic can be located under many categories, depending on the course instructor. As an example, “writing effective E-Press releases” – offered free is available under Business->Business writing -> online writing courses -> Free.
Alternatively, another category is Design -> various subcategories.
Also, featured courses such as “intro to online advertising” is available for free but not categorized. There are many others too.
Obviously there are a number of other methods. Thank you for asking this question because I am very interested in learning this topic too and am interested in what other affiliates have done.
