HI KHALIL,
Greetings. the question is a fear and curiosity of each and every sponsor. The answer too is simple and evident.
Let us first see how and whom should we sponsor.
1) A person who is willing to last the long run.
2) Has perseverance, the same can be studied with a small discussion with him.
3) His objective to join SFI.. willingness to earn easy quick money or willing to duplicate and work hard in team building.
4) One who has faith in you and SFI.
5) One who is willing to walk an extra mile, learn and earn.
When you have chosen a person with almost 2 of the above qualities, you can work with him and ensure that duplication happens in them.
There will be a few who will fill up all the pre-requisites yet give up. You cannot think a lot about them.
Now lets see how we can ensure duplication happens:
1) More than 95% of people having the above will be working their way out, however as a good sponsor you can give them individual time slots of the week or day to help them when required.
2) The other will require a few techniques like regular analysing their developments, having a one -to-one mailing, sharing them and asking them to share so as to make them involved.
3) Another ways is to keep a track of their activity badges and their blogs.
The above methods if employed do serve a good chance of fulfilling the requirement.
