When I receive notification of a new PSA, I immediately go to their New Affiliate Notification Page and click on their Affiliate Snapshot Page at https://www.sfimg.com/AffiliateSnapshot?sfiid=XXXXXX. At the bottom of this page you can send a personal Welcome email to the Affiliate. You can use the SFI default or customize one of your own. I personally send a customized email, as I know they are a little overwhelmed when they first join and I give them a few tips on how to get started on their SFI

I believe IT IS worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSA's, even though it is still vital to send out group mailing to all your downline.

The group mailing addresses the team as a whole generally, where you try to get the team motivated into action, by being an AWESOME sponsor.

When you send an individual letter, it makes the person feel special, and they will feel that you really care for them and what they do.

When my upline send me an email, and

When a new PSA arrives, it's best to extend a personal welcome with a greeting letter or welcoming E-card to introduce yourself, and let them know they have arrived at a good place of business, and that you are there to offer your free services as their sponsor to assist them with any needs they may have.

Also, it is good to follow up with a few more contacts during the first week to share more details about the SFI program and to guide them around the Affiliate Center so they do not get

It is not only worthwhile, it is essential! The personal touch by calling the Affiliate on his / her name does make a difference. You want the new members to be part of your downline family, and you should welcome them as individuals.

Use the group mailing for things such as "Team News", launch of products or informational detail, like explaining the benefits of Wave 3 Membership.

I have found the best results by individual welcoming, and then for the first couple

Welcome letter and Group Mailing – both are different and having separate characteristic

A welcome letter proves your appearance, identity, trustworthy that you are a human being not a robot, fake or spam to the new comers those who are coming to join SFI on your invitation and through your gateway link

So you should send a Welcome letter immediately after getting notification from SFI to your new PSA/CSAs without delay to introduce yourself , explain a short description of

I believe there is a use for both individual and group mailings of a Welcome Letter. The most important thing is to make contact in the first 24 hours after sign-up. When I receive notice of a sign-up, I send out an e-mail and/or E-Card. If I have a large number coming in a given 24 hour period, like from an auction win or TC purchase, I find sending a group mailing less time consuming. With the correct use of words, even a group mail can come off as personal. Filters in your genealogy can insure

Individual and group mailings are both worthwhile and useful. Each has its advantages. It is important and worthwhile that the first piece of communication to your affiliates should be individual. New affiliates need to feel welcome and encouraged. They need support that they have made a good decision.

You can prepare your letters and have them saved so that as you receive a new affiliate the letter goes automatically to that individual. In this way, it does not matter if you have

Hello, my friend.

Yes.

It is worthwhile!

This is the ideal scenario: that you, as an "awesome sponsor", are paying close attention to the sign-up alerts SFI sends out, as soon as a new PSA registers.

Obviously, it is always worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs as soon as you get the notification.

SFI is very good at alerting sponsors that they have a new PSA.

Several options are available to take advantage

It depends on the number of PSA you are signing up daily. If you are like those top enrollers who are receiving hundreds of PSA its quite impossible to send individual welcome letters to all of them.

BUT since most of us are just receiving enrolling few per month then individual welcome letters is advisable. It has a great advantages than group mails.

1. They will feel that someone can help them when they encounter problem.

2. They will feel welcomed and be encouraged

I send individual welcome letters to new PSAs, but I don’t get 100 at a time. I advertise individually and gain individual responses.

If I were to purchase PSAs and have multiple joining on the same day, I think I would send a welcome message through the team mailer and just select all new enrolments for that day.

If you do this, be very careful in writing your message to make it sound like you were writing to one particular person. Always respond individually and quickly
