"How do you prevent people from preying on your downline and convincing them to join other programs?"
There are always going to be people who try to do this. Firstly you need to report them as this is against SFI policy.
The next thing or probably it should be the first! is to make sure that you show your downline by example the success they can achieve by working with you so that they wont be interested in any other offers. Make sure you support them with regular emails or team messages, make sure to pass on useful tips and advice and be there to answer any questions they may have.In short just be an awesome sponser!

Losing sight of your objective is dangerous. When we are focused on controlling the activities of others we stop building duplication. Day 16 of our a Launch a Pad Lesson points out that we need to focus on building our team by constantly recruiting and allowing those willing to do the work funnel out of our filtering process. Let those with less commitment find their own way. Work with the workers: rule number 4 of the Rules of Success.
We do not need many workers to duplicate our efforts to develop a remarkable income stream. Just keep recruiting and your go-getters will rise to the surface.

If a member doesn't see the value of SFI you wont be able to stop them from chasing fast money or other people's offers. Many will leave and some will return after finding the grass is not any greener on the other side.
If a team member leaves it is because they were not committed to their own success. Is that the person you want to depend on for part of your earnings? Do you want a team of self doubt and constant fear or a confident group of people dedicated to doing the work to achieve the results?
I know which type of person I want on my team.

First of all i ll admit that i had no idea that people can also do this.
However , the best i think one should do in This case is be more supportive and explain your downline all the time about the various opportunuties SFI offers. Keep on reminding them on and off. Because there is no other programs better then SFI. tell them to research and see the history of any other program and i bet none can beat SFI.
Tell them that even though this is not a quick rich scheme, with patience and persistence results will be positive. Keep in touch and encourage your members all the time. Assure them that you ll never leave their hand when they ll need you. Im sure they ll all stick around and succeed too,. I hope i helped you.

To prevent people from attacking your downline, you must establish and maintain a healthy communication, confident and effective with her/him. Show that SFI is realiable and profitable business with its well organized and structured program when working well. Encourage her/him to participate in the various games organized by TripleCliks not only for entertainment but also for the purpose of promoting activities within his company. Encourage her/him to work well for freedom of income, time and place at the SFI. Your downline becomes not influenced.

You can be the best team leader but if your affiliates do not understand that in SFI it takes patience and persistence to get results and if they do not convince themeselves of this, they will always look around for a less strenuous and more comfortable method of making money online.
On the internet there are many people that promises easy money and unfortunately there are many people who take the bait.
We can not help but continue to work hard for us and for serious affiliates, others can only fend for themselves, wish them good luck, we are not babysitters

Hi,
You simply can not.

I would say, help your downline to know their SFI business inside and out. If they
know what they have here they will not have any interest for following anyone outside of SFI.
I would worry less about preventing them from hearing anyone outside of SFI and
work more to make sure that my downline is informed, trained, inspired, and
confident that SFI is real and THE right place to be.
That also means I have to know my business and my duties as a team leader..

First you would have to determine that someone in SFI was attempting to poach your downline members. It is made clear that cross promotion is not allowed anywhere within the SFI framework and any suspicion should be reported straight away.
Unless someone has access to your downline they will not be able to contact them, but they may have met outside SFI. Despite meeting elsewhere they should not cross promote while in SFI.
There is no way tou vcan stop people who know each other from discussing other programs when they are in other chat rooms etc.

I myself find it very annoying when you get contacted in a current biz about another,
If your team members are getting messages from people about other opportunities through SFI, I would suggest they contact SFI and flag the sender as this is a big policy no no,
If they are getting emails sent to their personal email account I would advise them to either email and ask not to be approached or if that fails block the senders email
I know many people have additional programs of income but using one to grow the other is not very professional and would make me say no

There is absolutely no way you can prevent other people from preying your downline and convincing them to join other programs. That is censorship to their freedom to read and check out other opportunities. And also they can surf the net themselves if they are still looking for other business opportunities.
They are adults and know what they want.
You can only guide them and show them all the advantages and nice perks of SFI compared to other businesses on the internet.
