Hi Antic
I am glad you asked this question. Towards the end of every month we have affiliates requesting help on how to gather the shortfall VPs to either maintain or move to next rank.
I did address this issue with my downline yesterday and posted it on my Leadership Page. The transcript as below:

It is a new month. It’s a new beginning. All of us have our monthly scores set to zero, immaterial of whether we are seniors, newbies or in-betweens. So we all start a fresh, yet how come some have begun with a bang while some of you struggle to maintain your present rank. Have you ever wondered how and wished you knew the secret to their success?
The secret to success is planning.
If you want to achieve success, nothing beats a plan. According to a survey conducted by Palo Alto Software, if you plan, you are going to grow your business 30 percent faster and what’s more, planners have a 60% chance of making it through the first two years, a period when most startups fail. Those results should be enough incentive to start planning today.
How do you set a plan?
The first step is to have goal. Don’t just put one foot in front of the other with little thought about where it would lead you. Don’t be a ship without a rudder. Setting up a goal most often requires a change of perspective. You must determine where you want to be in the next 05, 10 or 15 years from now. Write down your objectives, set small achievable (SMART) goals, and draw some process and procedures to help you attain these goals. Having set up these steps, your goals become clearly visible and you have a destination in sight that is not clouded by assumptions, preconceived notions and your own biases. Although your passions may drive you, it helps to have a guide to lead the way.
Growing in your SFI business requires using all of the tools for the job made available by SFI. You must get your feet wet with user friendly tools like, the Start, Basic, LaunchPad, Marketing Aid/Materials, Internet Income Lessons, TripleClicks, etc. Read all the lessons, review and re-read. Remember, Readers are Leaders. Loose the "too busy" to learn excuse. Take responsibility for your actions.
Once you have mastered the lessons, use them.
Track your progress. Check your VP Ledger. Use a monthly planner. Keep a record of your actions. Having it in black and white in front of you, helps you to take the right action to achieve your goals. Use your VP Ledger and Scoreboard as these give insight into the progress you are making towards your success.
