What is a good message I can use to greet my new PSAs?

Remembering back when I became part of SFI, you receive a welcome message from SFI Admin with information how to proceed... once you get into the SFI website it seemed kind of overwhelming with all the tabs, I was a little disoriented where to go, asked myself what was the most important thing to learn and then BANG got hit with Tripleclicks..more information... so with all this I believe that the the first message a sponsor should send out is a truly honest short email introducing as his/her sponsor

Being a great leader, means having great communication with your team.

Whenever I get new PSA's or CSA's I send them the same message after all you want them both to be successful so that your Team is successful too!

I include the following information but with more explenation

1: Welcome to our team, I am here to help you reach your goals, a bit about myself and my journey to and in SFI

2: first step is to reach 500vp in your first 24hrs so you can earn

As a sponsor first thing you must send a welcome letter which should contain the following
1 about SFI and Triple clicks
2 about getting started launch pad and how to reach a fast track and stay in contention for E365 contest
3 A short and brief description about yourself and how you are going to guide
4 How to recruit a powerful down line
5 what are the possible ways to earn versa points.
Make the explanation short and sweet and impressive.In short your welcome letter

First give them a brief welcome and tell them that you are glad to have them in your team and that you will do all possible to help them succeed.
Let them know that your are at their service for any help/question they may have.
You must let them feel that they are not alone in this and that together you will reach for the top.

Hello!!!

I always write my answers short and simply,so i'll do the same this time either.
The most important for me is that my CSA-s feels that i'm friendly and that i am here to help and support them.
I always write a message like i'm writing to a friend,with my own words...

For me the most important is that you show them that they are a important part of your team...just like a family!!!!

When it comes to new PSA members,which greet to send is always a good question.
At my point of view,you must use your skills that you earn here,by your sponsor,SFI support,and Ask Gery,and if you understand everything and get major picture of this job,then you can send corect answer to your PSA,which will provide to them that picture,that you explain to them and other new CSA.If they dont understand you,you always can use standard methods of SFI,like:START,BASICS,LAUNCHPAD.

Dear friend,

I always greed my PSAs with a simple, easy to understand welcome letter.
This shows that it is a real person making these and not some automatic computer.

I also ask them to read SFI's guidelines and ensure them that I'm here for them
if they have any questions.

Interesting question, a good message to your new PSAs, is to be motivated and encouraging to them, by firstly introduce yourself as a BTL, STL, etc.secondly warmly welcome them to sfi and let them know of the good decision they have made to join one of the fastest growing and dedicated marketing company sfi, as new affiliates advice them to follow the basic training every day, the to-do list, let your first introduction be impressing to them in an encouraging way avoid feeding too much info to them

This a very good question,

1) Assure your PSAs (or) downline 24/365 days service for an year.

2) Frequently contact them to give new suggestions.

3) Distribute free T-Credits for your downline to promote their business.

4) Keep sending motivative messages to continue their business in SFI.

5) Congratulate them for every success they achieve by sending E-Cards.

I think these these steps are followed by every Team Leader.
