You should let them know that you don't know but that you will find out as soon as possible and give them an answer. Ask your up-line, ask your A2A friends or visit the forums or see if you can find the answer on the FAQs page. You can teach them also how to look for the answer. That way the can learn how to look up the answer for their questions. and if the answer is not found or they are not satisfied you can always ask Gery.

I don't know if there are any shorcuts to success in SFI.
What I do know is that to succeed you should log on everyday and do your tasks.

Read the SFI Rules of Success and you will sure learn a lot on how to succeed.

I can take myself as an example. I log on everyday and do the daily, weekly and monthly tasks. I put on a Standing Order so I assure my EA level.
I do a bit of reading everyday. I read the SFI rules of success and it's very inspiring.

Ask them what plans they have for when they retire.
And than explain to them how SFI can help with this and do not forget to mention TripleClicks.
They just need to earn enough VersaPoints.
I am 56 years old and I sure would love to have huge extra income in 5 years.
That is why I became an Affiliate and I am doing good so far.

What is a good message I can use to greet my new PSAs?

First give them a brief welcome and tell them that you are glad to have them in your team and that you will do all possible to help them succeed.
Let them know that your are at their service for any help/question they may have.
You must let them feel that they are not alone in this and that together you will reach for the top.
