I've been trying to do this since I joined SFI six months ago. I regularly send team mails to all my team and those that show in my 'movers' tab I communicate using the new E-cards. Unfortunately, none of them have yet achieved EA status and only a handful appear to be active. Encouraging them all to log in every day doesn't have any success either. I often wonder what there personal circumstances are and if they have only sporadic access to the internet but without knowing anything about them I can't help further. If only they would send me an email or team mail!
To sum up; I'm not sure that inactive affilates can be persuaded to become active, but while you're communcating with your active downline members you might as well contact the others as well - you can do it by pressing just one button!

This is a good question.

I can answer this because I have some inactive affiliates as well but I never gave up and kept advertising. I did buy some recruits from TripleClicks to help get started and as it saids they all might not be active and I had 1 out 10 that was active and made EA status and with a little more advertising I got another one that is active. I still have no customers to TripleClicks yet but I'm sure they will come around. The main thing is to never give up and keep advertising and sending out messages to you inactive affiliates every week and they just might start working. All you can do is let them know that you are their for them whenever they do decide to give it a try. In the end it will all work out as long as you keep believing and have a winning attitude.

First Thing know about your affiliates are they really interested in affiliate marketing? if so, why are they inactive, is there any financial issues or probably not clear with the process? or feeling difficult to promote?

If they are interested, then start supporting them, motivate them, ask them to be stable?
Let them know its not get rich quick scheme,ask them to be patient.
Guide them how actually SFI works,may step by step if possible
Its good idea to make your own tutorial for SFI, and can keep at Leadership page ask them to visit that page.
Ask them to promote & keep sponsoring on free classified, it good to start with your friends & family, because they know what you are & have faith in you.

It is not acceptable that all affiliates are inactive in your team. If it is true then it proves your incapability, inefficiency and lack in Leadership. There are two types of affiliates in your team. PSAs and CSAs. If your PSAs are inactive then carry on with your CSAs and make them active as well as CSAs are inactive then do it with your PSAs. It will totally depend on your ability of motivation, encouragement, inspiring and duplication process to make your affiliates to be active

In the same way all customers must not be doubtful for your store as there are millions of affiliates and TC members those who are visiting your store. Besides this you have so many ways to advertise your business to attract, gather new customers to your store as well as new sign-ups for SFI business

SFI provides you a lot of tools, marketing aids, training materials, text ad, potential gateway URL at free of cost. Utilize it to advertise your business in blog, website, free sites, social networking sites to become an awesome Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, Team Leader, successful ECA to grow and build your SFI business successfully

Those inactive affiliates is your insentive that you should be working even harder to recruit active recruits.Look at th number of inactives and start your personal challenge.Example 200 inactive only means I need to set a goal and stick with it. let's say you choose for every 200 inactive,I'm going to push for 10 or 20 active team members and you don't stop until you do. This is a "glass half empty" way of looking at things. If you struggle with the affiliates who are inactive, you won't make them active, you will exhaust yourself. Yes, keep in touch from time to time, but let them go if they won't work - there are plenty of people out there who will work. Doubtful customers? Well, I think I get a dozen or more "no sales" for every sale in my "day job", so I would expect some of that online as well. The thing is, if you focus on the ones not buying, or not working, you are using your valuable resources that could be better put to use helping that one "worker bee" or finalizing that one big sale. You can build a successful business in spite of other people letting you down. You just need to learn to let go of them and work with others - they may be fewer in number, but in the long run they will bring you much larger rewards. Good luck!

To build a successful business, it is important to look at what you have to offer others so that you may provide them, such as your down line members, a service to help them become a success with SFI. Your services will also serve others.

For me the first is setting your goal and trying as much as possible to reach your monthly goal or beyond with matching actions through patience, persistence and passion.

Many are called but few are chosen....
I myself have had inactive affiliates in my team but I continue to communicate with them even when there is no response sometimes. The most is we have done the part of the calling....
But we also need to continue looking for the few chosen ones who may not be part of the team yet but are just waiting for opportunities we have now. Let us continue promoting SFI then.

To see is to believe....
When our doubtful customers see that we ourselves as TC Members buy from the store, these doubts can be erased. We can promote TripleClicks better if we can share to prospective customers of the personal benefits and advantages that we receive every time we buy in TripleClicks. If we ourselves patronize TC products, then it is easy to promote to these doubters.
