How can we reassure our downline to continue their activity with SFI after the recent cyber-attack?

Many people will be concerned after these recent events. However, I think that we can be assured that our Executive team are doing all that they possibly can to secure our business. Their prompt response to the crisis was very reassuring and personally, I have no qualms about continuing with SFI. I have personal security on my computer devices - anti virus, firewalls etc and will continue to upgrade these where possible. It is important to be responsible for one's own internet security as well as having confidence in the organisation that one is interacting with. I continue to have complete confidence in SFI.

How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?

I would suggest that you are up front with your affilates. Tell them they will not earn a large income immediately, but that as they work steadily on their business every day, it will slowly and surely bring them an increasing monthly return. Keep in touch with them so that they know they are working with a group of others who care about their future.
How can I build a successful SFI business when I have a team of inactive affiliates and doubtful customers for my TripleClicks store?

I've been trying to do this since I joined SFI six months ago. I regularly send team mails to all my team and those that show in my 'movers' tab I communicate using the new E-cards. Unfortunately, none of them have yet achieved EA status and only a handful appear to be active. Encouraging them all to log in every day doesn't have any success either. I often wonder what there personal circumstances are and if they have only sporadic access to the internet but without knowing anything about them I can't help further. If only they would send me an email or team mail!
To sum up; I'm not sure that inactive affilates can be persuaded to become active, but while you're communcating with your active downline members you might as well contact the others as well - you can do it by pressing just one button!
Good communication is the mark of a good leader. I would encourage you to persevere. Good luck and much success.

What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?

It's been said that the only way to fail is to give up. When an affiliate feels he/she is going nowhere suggest that they look at their overall progress in building their business - not just the money they're earning.
Consider mortgage repayments; you can spend years paying mostly interest and not much off the total you borrowed, but suddenly, the balance tips and each payment is more about paying off principal than paying interest.
Any financial or business venture runs on the same principal; much initial effort for greater ultimate gain. So it is with SFI; put in the effort in the initial stages, watch your business slowly grow and finally produce great income. Any business that is not going to fall over needs a solid foundation and SFI can help you build a great business. Don't give up - keep the end goal in mind.
