Having a fair playing field is not really the issue.

Those who have been around for years have had to work hard to get to where they are today. It was not handed to them on a plate, they did not inherit it and they did not obtain what they have by just pure luck. There is no such thing. Its through having the wisdom to recognize opportunities, the drive, the determination and willingness to work hard and make sacrifices that they are where they are today.

Those who have just started have to do exactly the same. There are no shortcuts here.

This is not a 'get rich quick' or 'get rich by doing little' business as many online businesses are often promoted. I often include in my Ads a statement that "If you are after quick and easy money then this is not for you.")

If anything, those who have recently started with SFI have more than a slight advantage. This is because of the well developed systems in place and the tools that are readily available both in and outside SFI to help them grow their businesses.

I suspect that the question should really be is the current playing field fair to those who have been around SFI for a while.

From the bottom to the top, we all learn a lot but most get stuck in the middle and that is life's riddle.

First off, this an excellent question and I wouldn't jump the gun but a little digression would come in handy here.
Is SFI's "play field' competitive?

With a certitude, the stuffs that Steve Jobs started in his bedroom gave him legroom which eventually sprouted him into the highly competitive computer market (Information Technology). Apple is a success story that talking about it here would be a twice told tale.

Now back to us here in SFI, is this a competitive place with each affiliate trying to outfox or hoodwink the other?
Gery Carson started SFI years aback to better himself and others in general and it affords Affiliates who put in a substantial effort to accrue income in residual and leveraged formulae.
Affiliates work in concert as a team and though we are severally responsible for our successes, cause if we choose not to work no one can coerce us to but we've collectively improved the income of our respective teams (be it Upline or Downline).

As a new affiliate, you are in the bottom but with a consistent pursuit and set out goals, (use SMART to set goals; refers to goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time framed) you'll get to the top as your Sponsor and Upline would want to see you excel.

Most people get stuck in the middle of a situation which is life's riddle as noted in the exordium of this riposte but that does not affect Affiliates in SFI, as getting to the middle assumes the top cradle already. (One might be overwhelmed at the first visit to the SFI homepage but watching the 'Get Started Video" solves that instantly). Getting your questions answered at the Ask SC session in my opinion is more than just being fair.

And need you not forget that SFI is in its 16th year, if the 'playing field' isn't fair would it have lasted this long?
The true worth of a man is tested by the number of people he has touched positively and SFI has improved life's in myriads.

I'm comparatively new on SFI and I'm having fun completing my daily tasks and giving an answer to this as there is no competition on SFI.
The only competition is "you". That's right, you are your only competition and apart from side attractions like the E365 challenge which spurs a spirit of persistence and winning prizes, SFI is in no way competitive and at such has a fair 'playing field'.

A disquisition is not necessary in my opinion to prove my point, see for for yourself though.

SFI Basic and Launchpad lessons for the start.
Real treasure for beginers is Internet income course.Rules of success,affiliate
tips,expert reports,ECA strategies ect,you may find all for training and success in Training tab.
Check Marketing center for text ads,banners,flyers,E-cards,splash pages and more.In Marketing center you have marketing methods and marketing aids which will help you to enroll PSA-s or generete sales.
Above all you have SFI Forum and ASK SC.You can ask questions and you will get answers from experienced affiliates and SFI veterans.
Of course you may use offline maketing as well.
One of rule of success is-Leaders are leaders.Just read and put knowledge in practice.

We are ranked against Affiliates in our country. That keeps it fair to those who are in struggling countries - not having to be ranked against a country like America, or Britain.

We are also ranked by Class. This is only comparing us against people who signed up on the same day as ourselves, so "yes" that is definitely fair.

Also, because SFI has been around for so long, & many have been in it from the start, that gives us newer Affiliates a wealth of information, training, resources & tips that we can draw on. Those who started before us have already made the mistakes that we can learn from & are ready to advise us how not to make the same ones
In my opinion, that certainly makes it fair to us newbies, & I bet some of the more experienced Affiliates wish they had the help we get, when they first started.

there are thousands of new affiliates signing up daily with SFI.And they all believe they have a chance to be successful here.I believe it,too.
How hard can it be to find just 5 people and teach them to do everything that you're already doing?That's the beginning of building your strong team.Lead by example!
You really don't have to be a natural born leader to do that.Even if you don't know anything about team work,advertising,internet marketing,selling...etc. that does not mean you can't be successful here.You just have to be prepared to read and learn a lot and apply all your knowledge into your business.Everything you need has already been invented,written and is accessible to you.Use all training materials,tips and advices,techniques,perks and tools that SFI provides us with.Learn how to advertise and spread the word about SFI and TripleClicks all over the world.
This just may be the chance of your life.Grab it and do your best.You simply can not fail.
And the fact that SFI has been around for so many years,in my opinion,just proves my point.

This is a good question for me since I am quite new in SFI business. For my first month in business I was amazed of versa points that I had earned every time I moved from one lesson to another including 30 days program of Lunchpad. Daily I was exited in logging in my homepage just to read and read even though sometimes I cannot understand. But before the month ended I earned more than 2,000 Versa points and badges. And at the end of the month I was informed that I was earning $$$ that much.

Isn't it amazing! SFI endowed free capital for us and our only contribution is time & effort that in another way favor us. I understand that it is given to us accessible for free, but surely SFI invested such valuable amount. By logging in daily and doing the to do list I am unaware that I am already started to roll over my own legitimate business. Thank you and I hope this may be of help for all new affiliates.

This is a great question because it is always in the mind of starters.
SFI provides a level playing field for all of its Affiliates. Just look at it this way:

1. Every new Affiliate starts with just 2 badges( Affiliate and TripleClicks member) and are given equal amount of FREE VPs (Getting Started, Daily, Intermediate, etc) to start with.

2. Everyone has the same access to the information we read everyday on SFI page, Ask SC, Forum etc.

3. The most exciting is that every Affiliates( Both old and new) try to do the same thing every new month. We all try to have new PSAs, PRMs and get to the rank of EA( the most important rank in SFI) every month.

It worthy of note that no one is more favoured than the other but what you put in your business determines your height.

Also, never see yourself as competing with any Affiliates. Just do your bit and your bit will take you to the next level.

Good question, one that I thought about and I'm sure many other people have wondered about.
I joined SFI in Aug. 2013 and I believe that the playing field is fair. I say this because, you and I and well everyone receives the same training. I did not pay extra to get the advanced training... we both have access to the same tools, resources and of course support.
Plus, we all start each month at ground zero, we all must earn our VP. Everyone from a newly joined affiliate to the Platinum Team Leaders.
Since we all have the same training, tools, resources and support, we also have the same opportunities available. The playing field is level, it is now up to YOU what you do with it.

In SFI everyone participates in the same training program, the same tools are provided for each affiliate and there is no limit to the level of income one can make. Therefore, all hard working affiliates are equally well positioned to reap tremendous benefits of the SFI business. There is no partiality.

Since everyone has the same opportunity, it's really up to you, and how much effort yu put into your business. That will determine what your outcome will be at the end of each month. From the very first day you sign up and begin accumulating points, you begin to have a share from the Executive Pool and the more points you add the greater the share. From the first month you can be BTL, STL, GTL or PTL.

Of course, we are all guided by rules and regulations for our safety and once we operate between those parameters we are fine. We have our team leaders to help us when the need arises and all you need is to do is ask. SFI operates like a family where no child is left unfed. New ones are not left to crawl in the dark and there are enough toys to keep us happy.

There is no other network that operates like SFI so there is non other to compare. All prodigal daughters and sons are treated the same when they return to the same playing field. SFI has a business model designed to help all its affiliates take full advantage of today's internet marketing potential worldwide. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
