First off I would like to remind you that SFI recommeds you to spend most of your time "Working with your Workers". These are the people you want to concentrate the bulk of your time developing. Now as it pertains to inactive affiliates. There could be a plethera of reasons why they are inactive, from money, to just being a complete lazy pants. Most of the members who are not working the program, will never work the program, no matter how much you encourage.. However, I would send out some feelers and see what is holding them back from being more active. If its a money issue and you truly believe that they will be more active with some help, offer them some incentives like gift certificates, Extra VP's, CSA's, ETC. BUT, I would make sure they prove they are going to get moving by not missing daily points and aquiring all the training points. AT least then you know they are willing to put in the effort but really dont have the money to set up S.O.'s and Sbuilders and such. Also every once in a while its good to create a contest for those who have not aquired EA and offer prizes for those who do so in the very next month. Small fires can go a big way.. but like i said.. remember to work with your workers and not spend too much time trying to turn the sceptics and lazy ones.. This is a go getter entrepreneur business and it requires attention!! You will know who wants it and who thinks they should have it given to them...
