I usually don't judge myself by what others think of me because I decide what I want to believe about myself. I try to treat others the way I want to be treated. Even though I have been in SFI for over 5 years, I can count the support messages that I received from my sponsor on my hands.
So I determined not to do this to my down line. I didn't want them to think that I was some illusive guy up there somewhere. I would love it if all of them would email me at least once per week. I don't mind a phone call every now and then. Since email is the best way to contact me, I respond to my emails within 48 hours. I sponsor contests, give gift certificates, and I have numerous co-ops to support my team members.
So, I'd definitely rate myself a 5 but the better judges are my team mates. I know that you can be all things to all people. Believe it or not, most people just want a fair shake at this business.
