There are several ways to inspire a team. Trying to choose the best method is a very tasking quest because it depends on the team leader and the nature of the team member. For me, I inspire my team in SFI my making sure that they are aware that I am interested in their success. I ensure that any milestone achievement of any of my team member is broadcast on my stream post for all my team member to see. When I started it, it works like magic. I found out that other members added their own comment to congratulate the team member that is doing well. That alone has been a major motivating factor.
