The success of your business will always depend on the mundane things you do. This is my list:
1. Log in to my account everyday and complete all the actions required of me in the action tabs
2. Every Monday is a day for communicating with my team on the way forward and how to be successful (using The PSA/CSA/genealogy mailer)
3. Three times a week I post encouraging messages to my team ( using the Stream Tab)
4. Everyday I sharpen my knowledge by taking part in the Biz Quiz competition and revising LaunchPad lessons
5. I made a list of names with contacts on it when I started this business. Each day I contact at least five people advertising various products. It may be through e-mail or we simply do coffee to discuss the business and products further. In addition, I try to add at least three contacts on this list everyday
6. Follow up: Everyday I make a follow up on the e-mail and "Meet Me" sessions (coffee meetings) I have with prospective buyers and the gutsy people who are willing to join the business
7. ECAs: I constantly review and share ECA products to prospective buyers
8. Every week I visit suppliers of products in search for suppliers willing to build ECAs on TripleClicks
