Offline marketing can be easy, if you possess the skills that can engage a prospective client or customer. Likewise, communication is very key as one on one communication involves body language, facial expression, eye contact etc.
Before we approach a CEO or VIP of a Multinational company, we need to prepare ourselves with:-
1. SFI letter headed papers.
2. ECA flyers with your referral links and contact details.
3. ECA forms.
4. SFI x cards.
5. Your business proposals or ideas.
6. A short video presentation about the ECA programme.
7. A magazine, journal or article that has the history of SFI and Tripleclicks online store.
Once we have prepared ourselves with the above items, we need to map out the places we intend going and strategize.
Its a well know fact that CEOs or VIP are very busy set of people, as such we need to book an appointment with them and try as much as possible to make your presentation as brief as possible to prevent them from getting infuriated and working you out of their office.
Also, we can be referred to a CEO of a company. Such referral can break the ice and create a rapport between you and your prospective ECA. That said, when we have booked an appointment we should be well dressed, keep to the appointment and be well prepared for any questions that might arise.
Once we approach our prospective ECAs, we tell them:-
1. The histrory about the company you represent and products they have.
2. Inform them about the benefits they would derive being an ECA.
3. How they are getting global exposure.
4. How their Sales would increase due to global exposure.
Once we can convience our prospects to be ECAS, we can then give them our referral link for them to register and enjoy the benefits of being an ECA.
