There is no need for a seminar in my opinion.Our teams are composed of people
who speak different languages.
We all have people who work 40-60 hrs. a week, people with no experience in this kind of
a business and the lookers.
The forum has tons of information if our teams would just read it.So what should we do?
Read all the Ask Sc questions/answers. Ask some questions yourself as well as answer them.
Convey the knowledge you have attained to your team by way of Stream 3 times a week.
Keep a Notepad of a collection of your recent Stream posts and put them in your latest Team Letter.
