Some good ways to get your affiliate to the EA2 rank are these:

look for the workers.
If they log in every day
if they ask questions

Then if these are yes,they deserve my help.I treated my kids the same way.
Those that did their work and did not need babysitting, got rewarded.

When you go to your regular job, does the boss reward the non-workers?
