Let them first understand what a Milestone share is and how it works?
It is simply a share of points according to your rank that get added to your account for your daily; weekly; monthly work or sales / purchase done. In other words, you receive Milestone share for every 10 VP you earn. The amount of shares that get banked for you depends on your rank. If you are an EA you get 10 shares; BTL gets 12 shares; STL gets 14 shares; GTL gets 16 shares and PTL gets 18 shares. For DTL there is no share as you would have reached the greatest milestone then and this incentive program culminates there.
These shares are awarded from Tripleclicks Executive Pool. You get paid for your accumulated shares when you advance to your next Team Leader rank milestone.
Hence, your milestones are:
• Bronze Team Leader (BTL)
• Silver Team Leader (STL)
• Gold Team Leader (GTL)
• Platinum Team Leader (PTL)
• Diamond Team Leader (DTL)
In a way your affiliates get one year time to advance their ranks as the shares expire after a year.
This provides momentum to you and your PSAs growth with a monetary incentive attached.
If you start as an EA2 and each time you hit a milestone, all non-expired shares you've banked to date would be added to your monthly commissions as a one-time bonus. That is, you'll earn these special bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool when you achieve the rank of BTL, and then each time you advance your Team Leader rank (up to five times total).
What is the eligibility?
If you are participating in it actively you have to be an EA2 first as your first milestone is BTL rank.
What is the advantage I have with milestone shares?
It is an extra monetary motivation that you receive to work and advance yourself in rank and successfully grow your business. It provides you with a motive to gain momentum and grow faster than others.
