A group of a million and a half people is a large and unwieldy mass of individuals. SFI affiliates have the greatest chance to showcase SFI in a favorable light in their own neighborhoods, cities, and social circles. By keeping a positive attitude about SFI and regularly telling those they know about what they are doing, what they are learning, how the advertising is drawing attention, etc. The more that is not said when mentioning something about the business, the more interest is sparked. They should be up front about SFI, not hiding anything, but not telling all unless asked.
An affiliate should pursue his warm market and turn his cold contacts into a warm market. He should also not be afraid to ask them to ,join, a call to action where he directs the direction of the action.
When an affiliate recruits a new PSA, he should treat him with respect and be sure to send him a welcome letter with an invitation to ask for help. Several letters may be needed before a response is received, or there may never be a response. He should continue to send group mail, anyway.
The email should discuss all of the new and older incentives that the new PSA should know about and follow through on. Care should be made not to spend too much time, they will meet up with them in their training. The sponsor's job is to point out the urgency of taking action.
The more an affiliate advertises SFI and the many facets of it, the more that people will recognize it.This can be good or bad, so care must be made to follow the rules set by SFI when advertising.
This question does not mention TripleClicks, but TC is an important part of the success of SFI. If we want to see SFI have a great year, we must see that TC has one, too. Remember no one in SFI makes any good money without purchases or sales of products through TC. And any MLM is just a scheme without the sales of real products.
So our individual affiliates also must strive to make sales, encourage his team to buy and sell, and encourage transfer buying. The more products that are sold through TC, the larger the Executive Pool, and the happier the affiliates will be. And their testimonies to their warm market gets better all the time.
