The new announcements on 1st January are certainly not going to provide any new tricks or systems to make a difference. But, it is going to change the way you are working. With new Milestone Shares and Designated Diamond program, now you have a time limit to achieve your goals. So, let me give you the outlines I have drawn from each of them..
1. Milestone Shares: This is a huge introduction to keep all of my team members eager for achieving new ranks. Because the milestone shares are going to expiry after 1 year of award. if someone is really serious about building a good business, he wont like to loose them. So the affiliate will always eager to advance his rank to TL which is going to help my business grow.
2. Designated Diamond: This is just a WOW program for the year. Now with this, I have the commitment of my PSA to achieve certain team leader rank within a given period. My PSA's success is ultimately my own success.
3. New Simple Versa Points: Yes, this is great introduction. Earlier even if you have 2 EA2, accumulating 1000 action versa points was never going to easy unless you spend a good amount of TCredits in bidding. But now, you do not have any such restrictions. Now you can put a standing order of 1500 VP and wait till the last few days of the month doing your regular activities. During last part of the month, if you have one EA2 just purchase the rest VPs and become BTL. Similarly, if you have 2 BTLs in PSA, you can easily become STL and so on. Is not that good enough to relax your mind from the hectic action VP plans?
4. More VP options: This is not the biggest of the announcement when you consider that the sales/purchase and action VPs are just simple VP now. However, it has few benefits. For example, previously you were receiving 500 VP maximum from bidding even if you spend 1000 TCredits for winning any Pricebender auction. But now, you can receive maximum 1000 VP. This basically means more matching points in the executive pool.
