Stream posts can be a powerful tool to communicate and train your team. Although, it has a limit in length of text that you post but an advantage that they are viewed by all affiliates in your team at all levels.
You can inform them about:
1. An event. It could be, spin & win; any SFI news or to carry forward of VP’s for new comers who could not qualify as EA last month within first week of subsequent month.
2. You can update them with any contest you have launched on your leadership page or starting of a co-op with its qualifying norms.
3. You can also update your team with marketing tips that they can use to strengthen their business.
4. You can provide them with links to training lessons that can help them understand SFI processes and grow their level of knowledge to help grow their business.
5. You can share successful and time tested strategies with the team to know and guide them to advance towards growth.
6. You can start a discussion and brainstorm over topics where each one of your team member contributes and eventually grow their knowledge horizons.
7. You can adopt ways and means to acknowledge their achievements, praise their work or motivate your team members.
8. If you are an ECA you can post about various products you are selling; with their USPs and / or any hot deal offers and promote them within your team.
9. You can promote your member listing item by posting a description about it, for your team members to know.
Although there is no limit to no. of posts you can post here but above all, not to forget that your first 3 posts fetch you 3 valuable VP each week.
It is one good way to communicate to your team members and others in the team know about the stars of your team.
