The New Year is a great time to re-energize ourselves by asking what else we could do to promote our SFI business. It's human nature to grow bored if we are not continually innovating, or somehow expanding our business. We can easily fall into the trap of doing the business mechanically, while our mind is left in park. Fortunately, the business is extremely dynamic, and most of us have to scramble just to keep up with all the changes. The new year is an opportunity to re-invent the way we do our business no matter what level in the business we have achieved.
It's also a good time to review our accomplishments over the previous year in light of the goals we had set for ourselves at the beginning of the year, and then to set new goals for the coming year. We need to realistically assess what is working for us in our business, and what is not. We need to evaluate where we want to go in the business, and what it's going to take to get us there. We need to embrace the changes happening to the business, as well as to the business world around us. It should always be a challenge that keeps our mind active and fully energized.
