As we are building this business, a lot depends on our team members staying active. For whatever reason, some of them will rise up to EA2 and beyond only to suddenly disappear from action. This may cause us to temporarily lose rank, or get demoted. Like everything else, a person needs to shake it off and move on, sponsoring more. The people who truly want to do this business are out there. You just need to find them.
Just remind your affiliate that their success is not dependent on any one individual. Work the numbers. Find the ones who will. Besides, what you earn from a single EA2 who eventually quits is generally negligible. Most of them quit because they are still not making enough to justify their time, at least in their mind. The most important thing for an affiliate to think in that situation is "Next!"
