Here is what could be done to make SFI more exciting, fun, and most of all, profitable.
Obviously, it is hugely important to acknowledge any achievements within your group, and the more of these there are, the better. It's also equally important to be able to pass down business strategies that are working for you. If you are effective at advertising, and get 5 or 10 sign ups in a day, can you imagine if how to do that was passed on downline! If you advertise and get $500 in sales in a week, think what your excitement and willingness to teach them how to do the same would do for your organization. Let's say someone in your downline is successful at a certain type of promotion, pass that around. For that matter, even if the idea comes from crossline and is useful, share it. Soak up every dynamic idea you come across for building the business, and pass those on. That will make the business fun, exciting and most of all, profitable for everyone.
Now let's say someone in your organization sponsors a new ECA. What would happen if the whole organization got behind that new ECA and promoted their products? If you knew your team would help make a new ECA successful, that could help a lot in your recruiting efforts. If you are aware that you have a powerful team supporting you, that should motivate every team member and make your time and theirs in SFI very exhilarating.
