Good day Sandra,
I will answer this question based on my experience and how my strategy has worked.
The most important factor that is key to ensure the PSAs/CSAs are not confused about everything in SFI is the Art of Communication. But from experience, its not just the communication aspect, but also certain factors that can hinder communication which includes:-
1. Language Barrier.
2. How educationally sound is the indivdual.
3. The financial status.
4. The seriousness or mentality of the individual.
As the saying goes, we can take the horse to the stream but can't force it to drink water likewise, we can't force people who are unwillingly to learn duplicate your actions and grow their team.
Regarding to the issues above ,language barrier can be tackled by the use of google translators to communicate with the affiliates where English is not their Primary Language or by assigning these PSAs to active PSAs that are from the same country with them in your team. This not only strengthens the team, but creates activities of those PSAs.
With communication, you can determine the level of education of the affiliate so as to match their level to yours to help answer any questions they may have. With that, it would help you determine the seriousness of the individual and how you would be able to assist such individual.
That said, SFI has given us the tools to communicate effectively with our downlines hereby limiting information overload. First and foremost, we send a welcome letter thanking them for joining your team and try to ensure that subsequent team mail sent are in simple, clear and straight forward for ease of understanding. You will at this time give room for questions to be asked and answered within the shortest possible time.
Brainstorming sessions are always held with my active affiliates to look for areas we can improve and make our businesses a success. Also, affiliates that are not clear with certain information are being assisted. This is ideal and advised for team leaders to adopt to avoid information over load and confusion especialy the new affiliates.
Once we are able to relax their mind and coach them, we can encourage them to read and understand the SFI basis and Launchpad Lessons.
The SFI basis is the foundation for any new affiliate to build their SFI businesses. Once they know the basis, its easier for them to recruit their affiliates to duplicate their actions.
It is often said that we lead by example. If as Team Leaders, we don't lead by example, it would be quite difficult to encourage our downline to do the same. Also, as leaders, when we practice what we preach, badges are being displayed on your homepage which makes our downline have believe in you.
Some helpful actions that can make your downlinne duplicate your actions are:-
1. Having a minimum Standing Order of 1500 vera points which automatically make you an EA and an additional 100 versa points for such action.
2. Participatè in Price benders.
3. Play Eager Zebra games.
4. Log on to do your daily, weekly and moñthly tasls
5. List unwanted items in your home.
6. Encourage them to become ECAs especially if they have their physical shop so as they havè a global exposure of their business.
7. Answer Asksc based on their experiences and how to help other affiliates.
8. Read from forums and sfI to build a wealth of knowledge for their businesses and their team.
9. Encourage them to purchase at least 1 unìt of s buider co op and PSA 2 Go.
10. Give them a list of sites where they can advertise their SFI link to build their own team.
In summary, we need to educate our downlines and work directly with them so that they don't give up. When they don't give up, they would be able to duplicate your actions.
All the best.
