Duplication is one of the most used words in network marketing business, yet highly misunderstood by many. I hear this all the time, “Why can’t I get my team members to duplicate?”
Here are steps you can do to eliminate confusion in your team building and lead your team to duplication:
- Analyze how your team got into “confused about everything”. Begin by asking the following questions: How I have been building my team? What kind of foundation is my team built upon?
If you’re trying to reinvent the wheel and doing the particular working steps always in different ways, you’re going to make your business unnecessarily complicated for the people, who joined your team and consequently they’re getting confused. If everybody you sponsored would run their own system, what would be the result? You can’t attain any success, if confusion dominates in your team.
Here’s what you can do to revert the situation:
1. Review SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD.
2. It’s important that you have a clear understanding on these topics; you’ll be training and supporting your team based on your knowledge on these subjects If you’re not sure about any point, contact your upline, use SFI Forum and post your question or simply search the Ask SC for answers.
3. You should be emphasizing to your team members to focus on SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD right from the start.
4. Ensure that your team understand clearly the three steps in SFI BASICS and adhere to these principles in their development and growth, by going to the next step below.
- Do you have an effective strategy in place in communicating with your team members?
To establish trust within your team, it’s essential to communicate with them. Maintain a consistent communication with your team members. If you have gained the trust of your team members, they’ll listen to you and follow your lead. When you cross-check clarity, direction, consistency and timing of your messages, your team members perceives your communication efforts in the best possible light.
When you become an effective communicator you will gain a level of confidence to build your SFI business that you never thought possible.
You should lead by example in keeping the principles of SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD. You need to do all you can to get them in the same page as you do in understanding the three main steps of SFI BASICS. You need to remember that your actions speak louder than words.
If you’re doing it right and everyone in your team is following your example, then you’re leading your team into the process of duplication.
