Some good phone scripts to welcome new affiliates or prospects should start with "You" introducing yourself e.g Good morning, Good afternoon or Good Evening sir/Madam
If using your business name, then you go further to say, i am a representative of Tripleclicks an E commerce site.
There after, you please take permission for the person to give few minutes of their time to tell them more about SFI/Tripleclicks which must be in simple, clear and concised English for the receiver to understand what you are selling.
Please always give room for questions and never shovel your opinion on your customers. if they are interested in making purchases on Tripleclicks or knowing more about SFI / Tripleclicks you can now give them your link.
Finally, you would thank them for their time and wish them a nice day.
