Emphasise how important it is to read the information and to go back and read it over and over until they understand it and where to find it. Explain to them that many people are confused at the start, but everything they need to know is on the site. Also, continue to let them know that they can come to you and that you'll do whatever you can to help them and that no question is too small to ask.
Look at their Ledger and see if you can spot areas where they seem to be having problems. Then, send them an email letting them know you noticed they seem to be having some difficulty in whatever area it is and that you want to help them with it.
Let them know they can learn a lot by going into the Forum and by browsing the SFI Glossary.
Send a weekly letter giving a tip of your own or something you saw that you want to make sure they also see.
Gentle encouragement and letting them know that they will soon have a team of their own might help them to want to learn what they need to know.
