Starting out new can be confusing with all the information we are going through.
We can get confused because of how we understand what we are reading. SFI's affiliates come from all over the world, and English may not be the mother tongue for some, so trying to understand some things can cause confusion.
I think to help our team members we should teach them which Actions they should complete first from the Getting Started section, do the Launch Pad Lessons daily for 30 days, (some run through this in one day), Review Training Articles as they come for 20 days and not forget to complete the Daily Actions for 30 days as well, and the remaining Getting Started Actions during the course of the month.
While they may also receive emails from SFI Corporate about upgrading, I think Team Leaders should also let team members know, through the weekly mails, how they got to Executive Affiliate and EA2 and what they've done or are doing to maintain EA2.
If a Leader is knowledgeable in the areas of creating a website or blog and are promoting SFI and/or TripleClicks, share that knowledge with your downline. In fact, I would say, anything a Leader has achieved should be duplicated to their downline, in clear or simple method for better understanding by their members.
Teaching them from our own experiences, I feel, will make them understand what they're doing or supposed to do, and hopefully lessen the confusion.
