Confusion is like the storm over the sea. It can cause shipwreck and it is a matter that should be taken serious and act accordingly before it cripples your business and render you failure.
To lead this confused team and save them from the confusion, leaders must satisfy the requirement of the team by investigating and understanding the cause of the confusion.
Leaders must take control of the information flow and define the team’s direction. Training and guidance are also important to keep the team on focus.
The team must be able to see their leader as the best mentor to whom they can be assured of success. The team’s goals and success rest on duplication and therefore the focus of the leader must be on the following points:
1. Reminding the team of SFIBasics, Launchpad lessons and the available information required for them to develop their SFI business.
2. Doing what you want them to do.
3. Monitoring the team’s operations and progress, ensuring that all requirements are adhere to.
4. Always encouraging the team.
5. Planning with the team and helping them stick to their goals
6. Applying SFI Rules of Success at all times.
7. And finally good communication.
With these commitments success can be achieved.
