It is just over a year I started with SFI. In the beginning it use to be the small steps that I use to take on day to day basis that eventually contributed towards the success of the business.
To make my business succeed at SFI, first thing I realized was to be proactive from the day one.
In the beginning I did not have the apt knowledge to take it further but the attitude and fire in the belly managed me to learn the secrets of the trade. SFI training material, my Sponsor, my active presence at Forum and a2a friends acted as my life line to assist me through any tough situation and take me forward.
But, finally it was “me” who was determined to achieve the level of success I have attained. To be successful I realized with the initial knowledge acquired that I have to concentrate on following:
1. Be a EA2 and subsequently a team leader
2. Be an awesome sponsor
3. Exhibit an ever progressive profile in all facets of SFI
4. Think like a smart entrepreneur
Now, having known what I am supposed to do? I focused on how to attain it?
To achieve a rank, I had to gain Versa points as per the qualifying norms. To reach to that stage I followed religiously to do the following:
1. Complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks regularly
2. Had a SO of 1500 VP
3. Remained active at Tripleclicks in purchasing and selling products; playing EZ games and participating in PB auctions and
4. Build a team of active affiliates.
Combined with my efforts I was able to surpass EA2 and move to BTL rank second month onwards which I knew can be improved upon subsequently as you grow your team and business.
To be an awesome sponsor I needed to set up a duplication system in my team. To achieve that:
1. I had to be a patient trainer
2. Skillful communicator.
3. Persistent motivator
4. Constant Care taker
This helped me achieve the best results from my team members.
For exhibiting an ever progressive profile in all facets of SFI, I needed to be an example setter and set a profile page which can be looked at with awe and tempts others’ to duplicate. To attain this:
1. Maintained my BTL rank month after month and eventually reached STL rank
2. Attained and improved on my badges list to showcase an awesome profile
3. Developed an impressive Leadership page
4. Feature myself in the winner’s list where ever possible day after day.
All this done with élan, took me towards the path of being a successful entrepreneur. I had to take my team along with me as I would succeed only if they are on the path of success. So I supported them to stand on their feet and guided them as they moved on.
Today I focus on ways and means to grow my team and help them set duplication process in their team; train them and remain active at my store Tripleclicks in more ways than one.
I don’t do different things. It may be my approach that I take to do the same things with each individual in a different way that helps me attain the right results.
